The reason i think brawl will get AA is that its more of the same...just more stuff. Same look same mechanics, same feel. Not as big of a difference between SSBM and SSBB as between the N64 smash brothers and SSBM.

SMG will get AAA because it will be the best looking wii game.

i think that for the wii.....nintendo has done an absolute stunning job of using the most they can (at the moment) of the wiis resources efficiently and productively....all of there games run smoothly and at 60 fps. also, all there games have by far the best controls on the wii!!!

My feelings about scores for upcoming wii games

A- NiGHTs, Geometry Wars, WiiFit, mario and sonic olympics

AA- BWii, NMH, Z&W, Endless Ocean, Rabbids 2, RE:UC

AAA- SMG, Brawl, Disaster, Crystal Bearers, Manhunt 2 (yeah, manhunt, so what?)

actually this came to mind....IMO, gamespot is nitpicky a lot lately....and they docked points off bioshocks review because of some glitch ....or whatever. Do you think they will dock points off of SMG because of the camera?? not being able to control it....anasbouzid

Brawl: 8.5, Galaxy 9.0. Every other Wii game coming out this year 4.0-8.0. Everyone will come here, read their crap and laugh at them. Then, they'll head on over to IGN for a real review.

I wonder what Metroid would have gotten under the old rating system. 8.3?

first of all GAMESPOT is the only gaming website that gave Metroid prime 3 a AA, everything els was AAA so i consider mp3 a AAA title

as for galaxy and brawl, i predict they will also be AAA titles.

( how can you say you dont see a differince between brawl and melee , in terms of graphics brawl is 10 times better)

I think it's pretty obvious that Gamespots reviews have been durastically changed. Metroid got an 8.5 and Bioshock got a 9. From my outlook, it would seem 9.5 has become the new 10 and a litteral 10 is now unnatainable. I would now be SSBB got more than an 8.5 and SMG got more than a 9. The "hyping A's," as i'de like to call them, should be updated as a result of this new review style. Maybe make them look something like: AAAA=9.5, AAA=8.5/9, AA= 7.5/8, A= 6.5/7. Just something to think about. Thoughts?Derek240

Agree, I was shocked that Bioshock and Metriod Prime 3 scored so low on GS.

I agree 100%. When Smash Bros and Galaxy are going to be getting 8.5-9.0s, there's really no use even arguing over scores on here. Why argue over people who don't review games fairly or accurately. Super Metroid is on how many top 10 of all time lists and scores an 8.5? There's a serious problem here.

Galaxy: AAA

The whole space/planets/gravity setting might push the serie aswell as the platforming genre to new levels. Very colorful look pleasing to the eye with great artstyle, the best looking Wii game.

Brawl: it depends

AA: if the game has no online and doesn't feature a rich single player experience (like Melee)
AAA: if it has online and has a much more rich and gratifying single player(which seems will be the case)

You could also add

Zack & Wiki: sleeper hit AAA

Great artistic and cartoony look. Challenging & Clever puzzles with well thought out & innovative wiimote use. Lengthy quest said to be around 30/40 hours long. And from what I heard, great music aswell. Might be a big comeback for the point & click adventure genre. New original IP and buget price ($40).

All the fanboy's need to get together and change AAA and AA status to be determined by Gamerankings. Gamespot alone has been off on the consensus, and if this continues System wars is going to become even worse of a bashing-ground then it already is.

I mean if this starts a pattern, SW is going to be one ugly place to play in.
