I have thrown MS under the bus this gen after going through 6 repairs and 2 360s..I have every console you can name. BUT even I have no idea what SONY wont this gen? They win the prize for most outrageous launch price this gen. They win the prize for removing bc for PS2 games. They win most hacked console this gen. They win at taking out the use of an OS..They have been struggling all gen and will continue struggling.

Ialways thoughtMGS4 was overrated. I loved Metal Gear Solid 3: Subistence but MGS4 just feel like an AAAAE game to me at all: The A.I. didn't get much improvment from MGS3, the bosses were only all right compared to how cool the past ones have been, andthe graphics weren't that impressive besides the cutscenes.

No, I can think of games that are better than MGS4, including Super Mario Galaxy.

Sony was pathetic this gen.

PS3 proved to have the best games this gen, and its still going strong. the wii dipped out of this gen early, the 360 seems to be doing the same, and the ps3 is still going strong with alot more games coming. Will the haters/naysayers finally realize that the playstation is the best gaming console and go with a playstation console next gen?

Its too expensive for normal people. The PS3 still cost too much money for a video game system....PC guys please dont speak...

At the end of the day businesses are out to make money. It's no different for gaming companies. If we're going by that., Nintendo won this generation, as they made bank from day one. Sony, on the other hand, took losses from day one.

exactly. i mean, if we're talking pcs in general, then i'd agree from 2006 to now that more pcs have been sold then consoles (still, where the hell do we even get that figure???). but gaming pcs? not even close. the overwhelming majority of pcs are not built through newegg, they are bought from electronic stores like best buy or walmart. these are NOT gaming pcs at all. i bought my pc from best buy in early 2008 and it can't play ****, it's pure dell garbage. i would love to find out what video card it came with, pc gamers would definitely have a laugh.

so let me ask casey, does my pc count towards these so-called numers? if so, then that my friend is a joke. and what about video cards? everytime one is sold, does that count? i just would like to know how and where the hell you're getting these numbers to make this claim.

He's talking about the extent of the hacking on each of those platforms.The PS3 hack is technically more worse then the others because it revealed the console's master key while the other hacks weren't able to do this.

PC's are hacked as much as their users allow them to be.. I've been gaming on a PC since 1995 and I've only gotten one virus and it was due to carelessness. If you protect your PC properly, and don't mess with the wrong people then you have nothing to worry about.
