...make a great online like the 360 has. There are a lot of features on the PS3 that i like, but there is no denying that it has aweful online. Live just seems so natural and easy to use.....PSN is pretty blocky and akward. And why can't Sony get any demos out!?!?!?! They have 2 first party demos and yet they still wont release them. :| I am hoping it will get better, but i don't think it will ever match Live....
I guess the old saying ring true, you get what you pay for. 3 new demos just in what the past week or so? Actually it was more but I'd rather forget about the Fatal Intertia demo.

Agreed. The PSN is free so no one complains. If MS didn't release demos or keep content fresh there would be even MORE complaining about the price for XBL. One of these guys will change, who will it be?

I wonder if Sony is holding off on implementing alot of things until Home is released. I would guess alot of the people working on the online stuff are focused on getting Home up and running for it's release which is coming up. Although PSN isn't nearly as bad as Lemmings would have you believe. It lacks content but give it time. Sony has enough PS1 and PS2 games to make Xbox's marketplace look pathetic in comparison.

Lemmings claimed ownage cause they stole exclusivity for that game. The demo was almost as bad as DW: Gundam.
what's so awful about PSN? so far i've played all my ps3 games online with no lag, i download videos, game add-ons, etc..., the only thing that sucks about it is that there aren't many demos.
(with the exception of demos) it basically does everything live does for free.
One other thing, i really don't see the point in paying for online anyway, it worked/still works great and even better on pc without me having to pay for it, i think it's a rip off as simple as that.

this will all change ounce the new 2.0 update is out, when in ghame xmnb is out. and why would people be crying about demos, so far it seems like the only thing that helps the 50 dollar price tag that you have to poay for live. everything on psn is free, and that the way i like it, more features are coming soon liike home, that will just eat live alive, ya diiig, an it will be free.
If depends on what features of PSN you care about the most. I did not buy a console to chat online. I just want it to play online and since PSN is free and online gaming work, I am fine with it.
And don't care about demos cause PC gamers never paid for demos. You are a fool to pay for something that is free. Developers release demos in order to help you decide whether to buy the game or not. It is a developer's advertising tool.
How the hell is it blocky and awkward? You have a unified friends list, a universal login and all you have to do to play a multiplayer to press "mutliplayer" in the game. Just because XBL is better right now doesn't mean PSN is bad :?
