The gap between low end enthusiast and high end enthusiast graphics cards has shrunk considerably since I began gaming on PC. The GTX 760 and AMD HD7950 are both around $250 and punch far above that price point especially once they're been overclocked. Two GTX 760s in SLI will just about preform on par to the Titan. Crossfire and SLI have made it much cheaper to keep your GPU up to spec as well.

It definitely feels like its much cheaper to keep a gaming PC preforming well. 

hardware gets smaller, faster, more efficient, and cheaper as time goes on

Some of your post is stupid, to imply PC games show a leap in visuals in 6 months is laughable.  Kz:sf blows most PC games out of the water, you can count the games on 1 hand that can compete with the best the new consoles has to offer.

At gamescom and TGSalmost all the games were running on acutal console hardware.

They are from old builds, and the only stuff confirmed for the PS4 to be running consoles was the first party stuff.  At gamescom and TGS all the stuff was running on actual PS4 hardware.

It was run on a GTx570 which will get less performance then a PS4.  So a HIGH end pc is one weaker then a PS4?  Deep Down visually still looks good I didnt know they were going to screw it up with F2P and the whole New York 2094 garbage. 

Go ahead.  and then browse through pics of any other game. You can count the games on 1 hand on pc that are even in the same league as KZ:SF
