If Xbox actually did have exclusives and none of their titles were on the PC sales for the console would have been much higher.
Lack of exclusives was a major reason they lost last gen, and it's one reason I personally think for why they won't win this gen either.

If Xbox actually did have exclusives and none of their titles were on the PC sales for the console would have been much higher.Agreed, but I would say that it just MIGHT be the reason...not completely sold that it will do them in. But yeah, it's hurting the Xbox brand and sales when there's a prevailing thought that "oh, this game will just end up on the PC eventually."

I don't think titles that go to the Xbox first (because Microsoft is paying for it to be that way), and then come to the PC are hurting Xbox 360 sales. It is hurting PC game sales. This not happening because there is something wrong with PC gaming, or that the Xbox is better than PC. It is happening for Microsofts purposes and is deliberately done so the Xbox library is larger. Not because the Xbox 360 is anything special. Because it is not.
If the opposite were true, if games were coming to the PC first and then the Xbox, then that would definately hurt Xbox 360 sales.
