[QUOTE="RR360DD"][QUOTE="Murderstyle75"] I'm a fan of good games. Launch games are nothing but tech demos with low budgets. Developers are also not experienced enough with the tech to make it a great game. And do you really think M$ and Sony give a shit about early adopters? There are not enough of you or consoles even to make a good game even profitable. Nor is there even enough time to develop it. This is why you would never see a Halo or Gears during a launch.Murderstyle75
Halo was a launch game.
Of course MS and Sony care about early adopters. Why do you think they even bother with release games, its to sell the console. I doubt they give a shit if the games are profitable or not, they're trying to move hardware.
And still, no proof. You're hating on games just for the sake of it, you hater
Forza for example isn't a big seller, but its a critically acclaimed series. Theres every chance it will be great just as it would've been if Turn10 had decided to make it a 360 title.
Halo CE was made long before the Xbox was even out and was made with a pretty small budget. Microsoft also paid plenty for the game because the whole idea of the original console was to be a loss lead. The game was on the system to establish a brand that couldn't sell out at launch anyway. Now it will sell regardless of what us released. Notice you never saw another halo launch game and never will. And? That proves absolutely nothing, other than the fact you're wrong that a launch game can't be great.
Edit: And there you are prasing PGR in another post? Seriously? PGR being an Xbox launch game, and PGR3 a 360 launch game. Make up your mind.
