I've been playing DMC HD Collection and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. Even on medium settings R&C looks really impressive. Insomniac and Nixxes did a great job with optimization and art direction.

The Tomb of Seth in Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation. Tempted to play with the new graphics. But it's against what I believe in: appreciating the product mostly as it was originally. More tasteful than Spyro's (1998) new graphics, though. Coming out of the tomb was nice. The levels normally end in the deepest parts of the tombs.

But these light sources I can't accept. Still making the mistakes of the first remaster collection: not only torches, but also holes in the ceiling that destroy the sense of isolation and make the tombs less hidden. Who's lighting these torches? Why did they think these ridiculous structures needed explaining. The graphics toggle shouldn't be on the Start button. Too easy to press.

My Monster Hunter Wilds character. She is a lara croft cosplayer I guess.... (bit irked capcom not bring the hairstyle that I used in world).

You can see even the flowers have good detail close up. This game looks very sharp on a PS5 Pro!

(Performance mode on launch PS5 but can still do the patented Spider Man puddle tech™ and I thought the self shadowing and highlights on the ferris wheel in the reflection are pretty good. Spiderman 2, 60fps mode on base PS5!)

Bully has taken me, I think, nine years. I'm in chapter four. I have installed the ultra wide mod.

You also have to go to Bully.exe properties > Change high DPI settings > Override high DPI scaling behavior, Scaling performed by Application.

But I'm capped at 30 frames a second. Don't want to unlock the framerate because it is said to break some missions. Why do developers still tie animations and such to framerate?

Great looking game, and fun! I recommend it.

I played both Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 and for the first time Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2. Classic TH games were great back then and I'm enjoying the 1+2 remake so far. It's really good. I'm still disappointed that the 4 remake in the upcoming THPS 3+4 will be downgraded.

I got The Callisto Protocol in Humble Choice months ago and it's just been sitting in my Steam library. I was in the mood to try it, so I downloaded it and it's definitely not bad so far.

Can anyone name these games??
