That just hows why i can't get excited for the game. This is the 3rd gameplay sequence we've seen and it's just as linear to hell as the others.
In fact, it's like a "set piece shooter". I know they said they've taken inspiration from Uncharted, but UC gives you freedom to move, jump, platform in addition to shooting from different points. Also, while still being linear like so many story based games, it gives a good portion of landmass to move about before the next cutscene.
The Order, atleast so far (waiting for E3). Doesn't seem to eveb allow players to move about the world, only letting players take cover in soe tiny area, corridor, alley or street, shoot down the enemies and then another cutscene takes over. Ense, my using of the word "set piece shooter".
Unfortunatly, it seems RaD is going for it. From the GS video i saw, their priority is seems to be the graphics, and the cinematic experience it's trying to create. But if story, character development and pacing are not the same as pure cutscene transitions and dialogue. And as Killzone SF (others liek Ryse too, but PS4) shows perfectly, great gfx doesn't matter if the gameplay is weak. Uncharted as mobility in movement and a sense of adventure while traveling to different locations.
But, those investigations sound cool. Wait and see.
