I'm black and I see nothing wrong with the game at all. I'm actually excited that theres finally some black people with good roles in a game. lol Last one we had was San Andreas. (Yes, my name is ironic, but it has nothing to do with stealing. It's a coincidence.) This game is looking nice, by the way.

they are not african americans. they do not live in america. they are blacks. It's ok to call non-american black people "blacks", and doesn't offend anyone.

Who here wants to make a bet he will try to get the game cancelled due to blacks being the primary targets in the game? I don't mean to bring this to light so much as I just realized that it would likely happen due to the fact an anglo saxon like Chris is beating up on a bunch of Africans. Even though the enemies in the game are plagued by a virus or parasite like in previous games, I think that will be pushed out the window in the media.
Am I over-analyzing or are Americans just too fragile these days? FYI, I'm American.

You know, I started an almost identical thread to this a few weeks back, referencing the NAACP, and it wasn't as harsh, but it got locked after only 7 posts. Why was mine locked and this one allowed to continue? I don't trust the mods around here.

They like me more. I have had my fair share of moderations. Most of them because my ownage is too harsh.
If everything is illegal, then we should all go back to the Nintendo and play some Resident Good: 6, Grand Friendly Auto 5, Foodhunt 3 and Jack Thompson the video game revolutionizer.
I dont see a problem with RE5, although I thought it was set in Haiti (which in my opinion would be a better setting due to their reputation for messing with vodoo). I'm just glad to see more black people in games even if they are the bad guys or the ones getting killed.
My friend pointed it out to me and I was like, pfft, I don't care. Nobody complained about RE4 and I dont think no one will complain about this. However, I would like to at least see a black protagonist.
I doubt it but I do remember when GTA Vice City came out, Haitians felt as if it portrayed them in a bad way. TheHater86
lol, the haitians were screwed up in that game. [spoiler] They got Vercetti with some kind of freaky voodoo mind trick, their missions have absolutely no honour (cheap shots), and they get owned the hardest of any gang in the game, becoming the ultimate losers really when you blow up their compond.Oh, and they were poor [/spoiler]
