I'm sure i will be AWESOME!! However, at the cost of the gamer for waiting until 2010 is bad. I know it's for 2009, but I just don't trust Sony and their release dates anymore. You should always add about 10 months to any Sony game.

you cant be too sure, just cause they made the best looking ps2 game doesnt mean that they will then make the best looking ps3 game, they just figured out the ps2, the ps3 is an entirely different beast.

ooo im sure we can find some lemmings here and there....... this is SW , its like Sparta but whit less blood

the game wasnt fun because it was putting me to sleep. the enemies were bland, the story sucked, i really didn't like the combat system, crappy main character, pretty much ONLY button smash
. thats why i'm more of a NG fan. I'm not trying to turn this into a GoW vs NG thread but IMO NG is better in every single way. better gameplay, better enemies, better combos, better bosses,better weapons , lenght. better graphics, better SCORES in gamespot and gamerankings . and imo more fun gameplay.liberty71441

You're full of bullsh**. You obviously have not played GOW if it "put you to sleep," or you think "The story sucked." Do you even realize what you're saying? The game is filled with excellent, deep quests, and terrific gameplay. And for you to say its pretty much only buttonsmash? Buttonsmashing your way through Sigma wasn't that hard, provided you used the occasional roll (unless playing on harder difficulty)--but then again, to survive in GOW you constantly had to dodge or you would die instantly (once more on a harder difficulty). Also, how can you even say NG's bosses are better than GOW's bosses? Unlike NG, GOW's boss fights were epic, requiring precision in attacking and dodging, and offering clever ways of making them seem even more epic with the button mini-games-->I.E. Ares, Medusa, etc.. don't spew bs man, you just make yourself seem like an idiot.

you really, really need to calm down son. That being said, I love GOW as well. In fact, that is the only game I want for the PS3, thats the game I'm waiting to buy a PS3 for.

A year ago when Haze was announced it looked good and the hype was strongest at that time so don't judge them too much. Only the strongest fanboy was still hyping the game in 08. If you really want to bring up bad hype you should have seen the hype for Lair last year. That was sad.

and i havent played ninja gaiden i heard its awesome- but the guys behind gow showed me that american developers have seriously taken over japanese developers.ronniepage588

Give Ninja Gaiden Sigma a chance. It's great and if you like the challenge GoW gives you you should enjoy sigma. I agree on the Western developers being better so far in this gen but this game is an exception.
