Not at all. It's great when games are multiplat, especially games that don't help the console they're exclusive to. Sega should want the largest audience possible instead of limiting themselves. The poor sales have got to be a punch to the gut. When everyone gets to enjoy a game, that's the opposite of what you say it is.

I have the Best Buy PRP on both systems, which can be renewed, so I'm covered for good, and I get a new system when/if they break down. Fact is, anything can happen to anything. Nothing is too good to fail.

Have to fix it yourself if your out of warranty, which isnt to hard and cost about 5-10$ (ive fixed 4 so far that are still working, and one launch that is just hooped lol).

It sucks yes, ill be the first to say it, the 360 has had some horrible hardware issues, but they do have the best library of games atm imo.

DId my ps1 breaking stop me from buying a ps2 or ps3? Hell no, get over the fanboy stuff man, each system has there positives and negatives.

I wouldn't say that Lost Odyssey is the best JRPG this gen. The obscenly large difficulty curve going from disc 3 to disc 4 is up there with Eve Online in terms of beating you over the head difficult. Star Ocean, overall, I would consider much better.Vandalvideo

SO4: TLH has some of the worst character deisigns I've ever seen. Add the awful voice acting and the meh real-time combat on top of that. :(

LO was my salvationto console JRPG's mainly due to its novel-grade writing and superb acting.

I prefer JRPG's on the PC and with XP being unicode playing imports hasn't been easier. I'vegiven up the genre on consoles since FF6 and the marvelous Chrono Trigger. FF8 was the last FF I was mildly interested in. There were better written and deeper offerings from Falcom, Artdink, MediaWorks, Bothtec and T&E...etc. Most think FF is the JRPG holy grail simply because they haven't played anything outside of the PS platforms.

I dont care if it's lost odyssey 2,Blue dragon 2 i just want Mistwalker to announce something,C'mon MS put them to work..Stop funding crap games like ninja blade or lips..Give all your extra money to mistwalker please..So they keep pumping more games!:D

Theirs no evil conspiracy behind it where they wait to charge everyones console that survives past the extended warranty. Sometimes your charged, sometimes your not. You may be unfortunate and be charged but seeing i can't see three years into the future i can't say for sure if you will or won't. Plus who knows how much the Xbox will cost in three years and the cost of repairs will cost in three years. Your just moaning for the sake of moaning.HGAT

In his defense, I got E74 at xmas, which was one 13 months old and they wanted 149$ for repairs. Ended up fixing it myself though.

Good news if true for fans of the game.

if true, I hope they fix a lot of the problems that kept the fist one from doing good to me. Things like the leveling system, the battle pacing, the overly long battles( it took me like an hour and half without exagerating to fight a boss because I had the wrong equipment lol) the kids(oh god) and ofcourse the reading lol
