quieter - I hope you just got this one mixed up or something. Everybody knows the 360 is disgustingly loud. I own it.
more variety of high rated popular games - I personally am dissapointed overall in the 360's lineup. It's been out a year longer, and I'm already having a hard time find anything worthwhile after Gears, Saints Row, and Halo.
loads games faster - That's debateable.
online is the best out, finds quick matches, and has options for good connection - Xbox Live may be better now, but PSN is free, and as long as I can get online, and play with others, it's all good. Home is on the way too.
lots of extras like arcade games, renting movies - PSN has downloadable arcade type games, demos, trailers, wallpapers, add-ons as well.
HD DVD - PS3 comes with Bluray out of the box. Nuff said
great graphics - PS3 also has great graphics. This is obvious. Motorstorm, Resistance, Multi-plats, Haze, Uncharted, MGS4, Heavenly Sword, etc. etc.
its been about 3 years for the 360 and it still has a huge line-up of games - It's been about 2 years, and I would imagine it still has a big lineup after being out longer. I'm assuming you meant to say something else there. I want to point out again, that considering the 360's 1 year advantage, the lineup isn't that good. There's a few worthwhile exclusives.

PS3:
loud - See Above
small amount of games that are actually good - I'm finding plenty to play. Heavenly Sword, Resistance, Motorstorm, Warhawk, Super Stardust HD, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Multi-plats etc.
loads games a little slower than the 360 - Haven't seena bigdifference between the two, but PS3 gets the advantage in the fact that information is saved to the HDD for faster load times.
online is ok - See Above
has music and blu ray (old technology) - What's old? Bluray??? Last time I checked, it was pretty new, and beating HD-DVD.
great graphics but the 360 is slightly better (better lighting) - Each system has some games that are better than the other. I can definitely say I haven't seen anything like Uncharted on the 360.
the PS3 is unoriginal, for example, they are coming out with motion sensing controller that lets dive forward in war games etc. (a total attempt to copy the wii) It's not a complete copy of the Wii-mote, and who cares anyway. Companies borrow ideas from eachother all the time. Many other different types of businesses do the same. The Sixaxis controller is better suited for anybody who isn't a casual gamer. The Wii-mote is not good for anything but mini-games. Also note, the ONLY thing new the Wii is doing is the Wii-mote, and Wii Fit or whatever the hell that garbage is called.
they are coming out with home which is sort of a advanced version of miis - Home looks like it's going to be awesome, and I for one am really looking forward to it.

innovative controls that aren't gimmicky

not many online games yet but there coming by the end of fall and winter and spring 2008

I'm not too interested in the Wii. The mini-games are fun, and Super Mario Galaxy looks cool, but overall it's nothing special.

in my opinion the 360 is winning in terms of games and downloadable content
the wii is number one in sales and has very popular wii exclusives and fun games coming out
the PS3 however is just another console like the 360 but overpriced and you get less games

I respect your opinion, but don't you think it's a bit ignorant? It's clearly not overpriced, as it offers the best value overall. Saying you get less games with it is just plain wrong. The system came a full year later than the 360. Obviously it's going to be short in comparison. More and more games are being released all the time. Many great looking ones also. I like the 360, but other than Mass Effect, Ace Combat 6, and Alan Wake, I'm not seeing any future titles to anticipate. Obviously this can change, but so far, it's not looking good.

same with gears and halo 3, halo 3 only loads after a full mission (not during cutscenes or anythin) and halo has alot bigger scale then uncharted, gears on other hands never loads unless its mutliplayer
