Ok, so PS3 will sell a bajillion games/systems, and 360 will sell 0? Got it

I mean they are acting under the assuming that 360 will have basically no games release ever again, and no consoles will sell ever again. Like 360 will still be at the EXACT SAME number of units sold now in a year's time. Do you realize how ridiculous this sounds cows?!
And when you list X titles for PS3, and Y titles for 360, you can't just be like "Oh by X titles blow Y titles out of the water!!!!" . . . . . especially when most of the X titles are nothing but sequels to good franchises, but still, they're just sequels, and pretty high numbered sequels at that, which could become dangerously stale.
Add to that the fact you'll list new IP titles (Heavenly Sword, LBP, etc) on those lists of awesome games, then discredit new 360 IPs (mass effect, alan wake, bioshock,etc) and state "Oh well they're going to flow, they're not name brand titles" .......Oh, so I apparently missed all the prequels to Heavenly Sword and Little Big Planet I suppose if they're "name brand titles"

For what cows are suggestion to happen, to ACTUALLY occur, 360 would have to have EVERY GAME FLOP. Like score 1.0 on every title here on out, and then each game sells ZERO copies, and 360 sells ZERO consoles. In addition, PS3 sales will need to quadruple for it to catch up with the 360 (and mind you, this is with the 360 selling ZERO for an entire year), and PS3 will have to have at least 25 games a month release. Well, since you're clearly and blatantly anti-PS3 (lem or sheep, regardless), it would be useless to argue. I like Sony and hope they succeed, but the gap will not close until about mid-2008. I do however, think that the gap between the 360 and the Wii will be closed, especially at xmas time.lilrushI'm honostly not all that anti-PS3. its only natural for fanboys to do this. i have seen MS fanboys do this as much if not more then PS3 fanboys. it has just been more PS3 right now b/c they have a lot of anticipated titles that will be releasing soon. so the arguement of "no games" shouldn't be used after that point.

If you couldnt tell the past two generations that Sony knows how to do gaming, then you can waste your money at will with microsoft products. How long have you had XBL anyway? If you had it for the past 4 years, plus the year since 360 came out (5 years total) that's 250 bucks you dished out for internet service, not to mention the console prices.

Well I'm not saying those people are any better, as all fanboys are evil. However, I will state that whoever is currently "king of the hill" in the console war will always boast and make ridiculous claims. Last gen it was cows. Currently right now, it's lemmings who are on top (even though it's still very early on). So for them to bash PS3 sales by comparison to 360 makes sense as it's currently winning. actually that was a claim MS had made b4 the 360's launch. that they would sell 1 Billion 360s by the end of this generation.

Why is that quote from Microsoft so dumb? I mean their operating system is on about 85% of this world's COMPUTERS you ^&^&**#((#((.!!!!!! So? The most a consoles ever sold for a single platform is ~110 million units. For them to "Reach" a billion people, each person that has a 360 would have to have 10 unique people play it by the end of this gen and thats ONLY IF they reach 100 million costumers.Does that seem practical?

I'm at work, so I can't watch it because of sound. Do they say they WILL SELL 1 billion xbox360 consoles? Are do they say it's some kind of goal to sell that many, or reach that many consumers. Because I would think any company would like to have that goal. I'm just asking because I honestly don't know.this is what Roberts bach and J allard say in the video.

So they are sayinf in the HD era, or in the next generation(this one), a billion people will PLAY THEIR GAMES? That doesn't mean OWN THEIR CONSOLES. There is QUITE a difference. A billion people playing a MS game in the HD era is more than just possible. Technically, someone could have "played their games" at a walamrt kiosk. So, that's not rediculous.I.I.R.C., there are only 6 Billion people on the planet. is it likely that 1 in 6 people will have played the 360. i find it unlikely considering there are less than 200,000 people who owned a console last generation.
