Im sure Im gonna get called fanboy for saying MS won, but lets be real, they did. They were the one company that did what they needed to do. They proved that they have "stay" power with future hardcore games while branching into the casual market a bit with effective use of their industry leading online service. They also dropped "the" announcement of the conference, and while I agree PS3 owners will still get to play the same game, the 360 has taken away a console seller "chip" from sony... would you agree?
Sony failed because they needed to show lots and lots of quality games.... they did and didn't. Resistance was great, ingame and compelling, but if you think anyone was satisfied with a 15 second cgi GOW3 and whatever MAG is supposed to be (I say that with no hate, It could be cool) your wrong. Sony gave nothing on KZ2, and offered no dates for release for many of their previewed games. Excuse me if I don't believe sony is going to get anything out in a timely fashion. All in all I felt like Sony was trying to convince me that they could be like Microsoft, it was weird.
Nintendo was an absolute embarressment. I can't believe that sheep are even here posting when they should be off selling their wii. Sorry, but what the snowballs was that middle-aged soccer mom trying to do up there. I felt like she drank a case of redbull and was trying to do a "great" job so she could get a promotion. Watch CNN later because Shawn White might kill himiself. From the best of my estimations Nintendo showed us a baby toy. Seriously, they showed a consept that waving your hands around I can somehow make music.... Im a liscenced music teacher in a public school folks and I was absolutly embarrased for this monstrosity of a "game." No Kid Icaras, no new zelda, no hardcore games whatsoever, no normal games other than GTA for the DS...
What do you all think...
