Well, E3 is all over, so what's your game of the show? JUST ONE GAME.
For me, I gotta say Scribblenauts. It's amazing that a DS game was (IMO) more impressive than even the most epic console game.
E309 Rap Up sums it all up for me.

I need to look at scribblenauts but I said Wii and it is Metroid: Other M just because I was not only surprised that were getting a new Metroid game. But I was more surprised by the developers Nintendo and Team Ninja working together to make a 3D Metroid. I'm sure they are using all three teams strenths to make one amazing game.Well, E3 is all over, so what's your game of the show? JUST ONE GAME.

goblaa
Brutal Legend for me. 1UP and IGN both gave it rewards at E3.
Hmm, my honorable mentions would be Alan Wake, Mass Effect 2, Splinter Cell: Conviction, Forza 2, Dragon Age: Origins, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Crackdown 2, The Saboteur, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Metorid: Other M, New Super Mario Bros Wii, Scribblenauts, etc.
I said a Wii or DS because of Golden Sun DS, Scribblenauts, Mario Galaxy 2, Metroid: Other M and although not at their press conference the new Zelda Wii which they said will hopefully hit in 2010. To much win for me not to choice them, but closely followed by GOW:3 and Last Guardian though.

Oh my bad, didn't really read the first post, anyway probably go with Metroid: Other M because nobody saw that coming at all, especially it being developed by Team Ninja.
Wasn't already confirmed to be Scribblenauts? Anyone who says otherwise does not know of it's epicness. In what game can you travel back in time to retrieve a dinosaur to trample zombies? In what game can you spawn a crowbar that makes your character dress up like Gordan Freeman? In what game can you return a beached whale to the ocean using some balloons and a fan? In what game can youwatch a battle between God and the Kraken? In what game can youcomplete the levelsHOWEVER YOUWANT?Scribblenauts is that game.
Metroid Other M because it marks the return of Sakamoto to the helm of a Metroid Project (He did every 2D Metroid ever made). The 2D games are just so much better than the Prime games IMO and after watching the trailer, Other M looks far more like the 2D games
Splinter Cell:Conviction was the game of the show for me, it completely blew me away. The Crackdown 2 trailer also had me pissing my pants with excitement.
Edit: You know what, I change my mind -- Halo 3 ODST takes the cake. The new firefight mode, and the non-linear approach has be VERY intrigued. I can't wait. :D
When I was watching the coverage live, I have to say that I thought almost everything was dull and/or disappointing. Then I saw that a 3D Metroid Action/Adventure game was being developed by Team Ninja was being made. I almost wet my pants I was so joyful. So, Metroid: Other M definitely had my attention most during the show.
However, afterwards, Scribblenauts is the one that really caught my attention. I liked Drawn to Life and Lock's Quest, and Scribblenauts has such a creative concept, it's easily 5th Cell's most ambitious project yet, and I know I'll love it.
Either way, Nintendo's platforms won for me.
Scribblenauts for being the only game in history to require your own imagination to win, and nothing but your own imagination.
