Why are we using gamerankings, why is library diversity not a factor? Its may be a decent debate in the confines of SW but in reality, there is nothing to discuss here.

Sales mean nothing if they dont have the games to back it up. PS2 didnt win because it sold 100 million more than xbox/gamecube. It won because it had 49 AAAs(21 AAAE), while xbox had 22 AAA(7AAAE), and gamecube had 19 AAA (7 AAAE).

The thing is the PS3/360 both have enough sales that when combined together almost equal the amount of Wii sales - I honestly believe its the reason we see so many multiplat games - and on top of that the ridiculous amount of development costs on the PS3/360.

Its also the reason why you see unique exclusives like Little King's Story come to the Wii rather then the other two consoles.

I'm not talking about winning SW. I'm talking about how I can't play scores. AAA, AA, A AAAAE, its all just letters. They mean nothing, all it comes down to in realiy is good games.

library diversity matters, sales matter only if they lead to more developer support, we use gamerankings because it's considered the best site for average ratings, and yeah this argument means nothing in reality, but this isn't reality right? we're posting on SW, that's why I said he made a good argument, if it was someone arguing me about this in real life I might just punch him in the face.

the wii has smg and mp3, in the future it will have other m and smg2

so be quiet :P

why do people care so much about some random reviewer opinions some of the best game you could ever play has gotton low scores from game reviewers
