If you played OoT you played TP. Endfinal
I agree. Its not that hard to beat TP. Mainly my main gripe was they tried to rely to much on OOTs feel and ended up making it a horrible zelda game. Not really horrible but not as good as the others. To me even MM beat it. and they ended up making it way easier than it needed to be. tp in my book deserved an 8.0.
1. Use grammer you dumbass
2. Backward Compatible games don't count as PS3 titles, as they were PS2 games. If they don't say PS3 at the top then its not a Ps3 game.
3. Twighlight princess is a current gen game because it came out for the wii, which is current gen. Even though it was also on the Gcube, it is still different from the Gcube version, but even if it wasn't different from the Gcube game it would still be current gen.

I find some of the critisism at TP pretty stupid. When Nintendo decided to do something different with WW, fanboys complained and demanded they change it back to a realistic style and make it like OoT. So Nintendo did just that, they made TP have a similar art style and feel as OoT. Then the fanboys complained that it's too much like OoT, and demanded that they change the series a lot. Make up your minds.ithilgore2006
They just can't win, the expectations of fanboys are just unrealistic. GS underrating this game does not help either...

Ocarina of Time changed, Majora's Mask changed, Wind Waker changed, and Four Swords changed.

they specifically said that TP would be the last Zelda game of it's type, they haven't said that before.[QUOTE="mattyomo99"]I love zelda as much as the next person, and i dont think any more zeldas will score above a 9 just for the simple fact its the same formula ever game. but TP is still a great zelda game just like every other zelda game out there.Stabby2486

a little bit, not much. I enjoyed allll of those games but its still the same basic story line, fighting, inventory, and world. Im not saying that every world is the same but in every zelda game you need a new item to get into the next area.

Ocarina of Time brought the series into 3-d, Majora's Mask brought in the time travel mechanic, masks, and heavily improved on sidequests with the schedule system, and Four Swords brought the series into multiplayer.

It wasn't even that funny since he was attacking the guy's grammar skills, not his spelling skills.

those are little changes, they are all great games but the fact is they are not huge changes. i think they need to take the game into a whole new direction in terms of the inventory screen, the map layout, side quests, fighting, items, charecters, customization, and maybe the ablility to get stronger, faster, and quicker throughout the game, just like RE4 took the series into a whole new direction.

isnt that what Nintendo fans wanted, though? i mean Nintendo fans were complaining about the cel shaded zelda, complaining about sailing, ect.. Nintendo only offered what the Nintendo fans wanted. for the record the legend of zelda:TP got a better score on other sites, and magazines :lol:It's called standards.Stabby2486
Huh? PS2 has MUCH bigger standards than the wii (and gamecube) and Okamistill managed to score higher than both versions of TP.

You must be high if you think adding in multiplayer isn't a huge change.

I was talking about the GC version scoring higher than the Wii version.

Ok, I understand, it still doesn't change the fact that both versions of the game were pretty poor by Zeldas standards.
P.S. That was one mighty fast reply.
Okami is the greatest game to grace the PS2. Twilight Princess is also amazingly good.Sir-Marwin105

At least give Clover the credit they deserve, seeing as how Capcom killed the studio. Capcom deserves no mention IMHO, you can give it to Seeds now.
