Since 360 is easier to develop for, going from PS3 to 360 will only increase graphics quality, the opposite is making games fro 360 to PS3, meaing struggling to make the game run on the difficult to master PS3 hardware, that has 50% 360 efficiency too

So, it WILL look bets on 360, as all games do, and even better since it will be delayed too

The only reason multiplats have looked better on 360 is cuz they were designed for it then ported to far differnet technology. Now that this game is being optimized for PS3 THEN ported lol you're gonna get the crap version. :lol:

K I already owned your once on the particle bit(Kameo's particle engine **** all over Resistance, 1-2Million a scene if needed), and there are games on 360 or coming for 360 that has better draw distance then Oblivion. But good try though...walk away now.

And the developers admited in an interview that while ps3 was the main platform, a big reason why is they don't want to go up against halo 3.

It will look great on both systems, you fanboys need to go get a day job for real...

It's not even close to being on the level of Crysis, but it does look interesting.

It doesn't play as smoothly as Halo does, though.  So don't get your hopes up.

It looks like it? Well we already know Halo is a blockbuster and an amazing game by itself. You're really not saying anything new if you're talking the overall game. As far as looks, you can't deny that Halo 3 looks a lot like Halo 2. It's not a graphical monster in the Gears of War era. 

To those saying this is running on 360, give it a rest. This video is from Ubidays, a couple of weeks back.

Everyone there, including GS staff saw this demo running on PS3.

Very impressive. This proves that Crysis is very possible on PS3 and 360.....with some downgrade ofcourse. But nonetheless, a game like Haze looking that impressive clearly gives some indication about the possibilities of Crysis on PS3 and 360.  

look nice. besides that though it looks like almost any other fps game.

they seem like they are trying to compete with crysis more than halo3. the environments are more  like ones you see in crysis and the powers seem more like what the suit in crysis allows.

There are two things that sep. crysis from the pact. Lighting and Physics...and the fact that they are dynamic with every single thing in the world.

Consoles could achieve that level of look...but the physics would suffer horribly, and the lighting would still have soft shadowing(abit lower resolution), but would be static in nature.

Haze does look impressive though, better then Far cry on max detail...

Haze looks good, but NO WHERE NEAR Crysis.  Crysis appears that it has more than twice the detail and polygon count as Haze.

Face it, there is no game this console generation that will look as good and as detailed as Crysis.  Im a Lemming, but facts are facts.

probably but the enviroments are not interactive like cryisis, like when the character passes by a plant the plant doesnt move. Still looks cool. 

I would show interest, but I fear watching anything to do with it after its first showing will turn me into a braind ead idiot.

Haze won't really be able to slay Halo in fanboy terms if it ends up on the same console as it.

nasos, the lead SKU is the PS3, so you=fail

 It's a multiplatform engine and those generally look better on XBOX360, it's NOT being ported, rather it's been worked in parallel with the platforms, it will look better on the XBOX360.

Umm BioShock is on the PC and will be superior both graphically and control wise. And Haze is PS3 exclusive for quite a while, enjoy a 6 month old port cause thats about how long you will have to wait to play it, and it will still be inferior in graphics to the PS3 version.

Ill give it some props. It looks pretty good for a console shooter. Now about this hole thing on it being compared to CRYSIS!!!! It looks good but no where near crysis good. If crysis did levels like this. Crysis would look a million times better but crysis is not linear by any means. Everything in crysis is living. The trees sway, they break, they move, light can pass through them. The ocean moves, theres fish that swim, waves crash. The time of day changes. Everything about crysis is better. Have you seen the nuke that goes off in crysis. Killfox

Actually I have a hard time believing that Crysis would look better, that's just how good it looks. The real life vs. Crysis pics are pretty stunning, so the fact that it has amazing physics and weather is really a testament to how untouchable Crysis is.

Games developed for one system specifically will have an extremely hard time being ported to another system. Resistance would more than likely look significantly worse on the 360 if ported.
