Yeah, not sure if I'll get it at all. I've disliked the gameplay in 3 CDPR games in a row, would be foolish to jump in yet again.
Of course Cyberpunk being a different type of game, could be better this time. And their gameplay has improved game to game. Just a wait and see for now.
If I do, PC of course.
PC on an RTX 2080. And yes I will make use of DLSS on my G-Sync 1440P monitor. Probably get it from GoG.
I wonder how many are going to be playing this on an Xbox One S or a base PS4 and then wonder if there is something wrong with their eyes or TV because of all the blur. I mean I don't know about base PS4 (it shouldn't be too bad), but One S is gonna be sub 720P
Probably Both PC+PS5
I have a EVGA GTX 1070 FTW I dunno which is stronger. I bought witcher 3 twice on ps4/pc
Not buying it, as soon as i saw it in first person i knew it was shit.
They made it first person so I'm skipping it for now.
What you guys got against first person?
Just hating on Ghost.
Has nothing to with the ban dodger.
I'm not a fan of the perspective/genre for instance i'm playing Remnant From the Ashes (fucking awesome game everyone should play) now its a TPS and involves a lot of dodging attacks by rolling forward/back/left/right, now you can't really do that in a FPS because if you could you lose your bearings and in a game like Remnant you would die too much.
The perspective to me is too restrictive. Not a fan and i find very few FPS games to be good and fun to play.
@davillain-: GOG has achievements.
GOG Galaxy actually has a whole bunch of features now, like unifying your libraries across all platforms.
Hmmm. Kinda off topic, but my inner tin foil hat is saying that CDPR probably delayed CP2077 just for the new Ampere cards.
@jasonofa36:
Wouldn't be surprised if nvidia and cdr were in bed together about it either. Many people building new systems or upgrading will be doing so for cyberpunk and if some shiny new gpus which will comfortably support ultra settings with full Ray tracing just happen to be available then those cards will fly off the shelves.
Both companies benefit wayyy to much for it to be a simple coincidence.

I really doubt there would be money exchanged to gimp certain cards. Why do I think this? Because the internet always figures it out and it would be a shit show of bad PR. These companies know this.
Now I wouldn't doubt that Nvidia has better engineers programming their drivers. That I believe.
If the recent reveal is to be believed then the new Ampere cards have a definite advantage regardless.

Thanks for telling me this. I'll look into the features since I'm still new to GoG Galaxy.
@davillain-: Why go GoG on this? With Steam all your games are in one place and I dunno if we can trust GoG that place could shutter at anytime. Valve and Steam are billionaires and will stay up forever they got forums, they got guides, achievements. Steam only takes 30% cd project red will still get a lot o money from that purchase.

Dude, GOG has no DRM. Even if GOG shuts down, which is unlikely, the game would still work without an internet connection.

I really and I mean really hope you are joking! I'm talking drunk joking...coming from you, and you call yourself a PC gamer?
I use just about every launcher, Steam is my main HQ, yes but only if a game doesn't exist on GoG or isn't coming to the platform at all, I'll just simply get it on Steam with no problem. GoG is my second-in-command in terms of games and most importantly, GoG is DRM free. If for any reason GoG goes down, (which we all know it will never happen but yeah, you'll never know) I can still play my GoG games without the platform. There's a reason why GoG is the best launcher but Steam itself isn't so bad either.
Edit: CDPR owns GoG, why do you think I pre-order Cyberpunk 2077? Because they'll get 100% revenue and I want to support CP 2077 100% of my money's spent.
Imagine the horror of playing the best game of this generation on a current gen system. No, there's worse. What about playing the game of the XboneS. Holy shit! Must be an experience 🤢🤢🤢

Next-gen hardware is already outdated before they even launch lol. Nvidia destroyed next-gen console's dreams😏
I almost feel sorry for console gamers....almost🤞

Yea, but what about the Xbone S version? Resolution is most likely gonna be 720p with drops to 540p, and we aren't even talking about the frames. I think this game will perform so poorly on the S, that if we were in 2014 (when current gen still mattered and people paid attention to how the games run), they wouldn't even release the game in that state. But because everyone has their eyes on next gen or playing on the Pro version of said systems, they'll just slide the unplayable XboneS version to the market and call it a day.
PC. Hoping to have my 3080 in time, depending on how the launch goes for Canada.

I'm in the same boat as lundy but I've been saving for the 3080 and a new CPU for a few months so I could. We've known they've been coming for a while.

Enjoy Cyberpunk 2077 in all its glory guys, and do posts your screenshots in the post your screens thread.
ps4. it's all I have left.
Awww don't say like that man. Many gamers who wants to play games don't even own a decent gaming PC , can only dream about owning a PS 4.
I only mean that my xbox died.
Enjoy Cyberpunk 2077 on your PS 4 then man.
PC of course, next generation consoles will struggle to maintain 30FPS with that game with Ray Tracing unless they drop resolution down to 1080p, which they won't.
This game will show just how far behind those new consoles are to PC, 36 CU's at 10TFLOPS.... Good luck.
