On which version should I get Sonic 4?

Anyways I would get the PS3 version if I were you since it's less of a hassle to get and the game probably won't take up more than half a gig so space probably won't be an issue.

Your problem is largely superficial. If the game can fit on Wiiware its less than 50mb so it won't take any real space on the PS3. If you want the game finding the cards won't be hard. The PS3 version has motion too. Sega has said the games are the exact same. Resolution is the only difference. Make a decision for goodness sake.

I'd go for the PS3. The space the game takes up on your HDD won't veen be noticeable, plus you can delete it at any time and re download it if you want to play it in the future. 20GB is stil a lot of room for more games and the download speed won't even take that longer since the game will probably be around 500MB

The ps3 will definitly have SHORTER donwloads time, because you will be using the hard drive to store the game, the only thing slow the blu-ray read speed. The hps3 hard drive coupled with cell means that will be the one with the best loading speed.

1080P 60fps contant... I doubt the wii can maintain 60fps constant even is it low 540p rez.

the game is a 2D game, will take less than 300mb on your Ps3 hard drive... The wii tho, has way less maximum capacity, which will make a burden on your 512memory wii.

There will be absolutely no reason this game will look noticeably better on the PS3 or 360. Its a side scroller. The will not be any lag. And the classic controller is more classic than Dual Shock. Dual Shock was a SNES knock off that wasn't implemented correctly by a company that pissed off because Nintendo wanted nothing to do with them.

To the TP, I would get whatever one is easier for you to get. If PS Network cards come by easier get that, but if you happen upon some Wii Points I can guarantee the Classic Controller will work better than the 360 or DualShock by light years!, Unless you find a Sega Genesis controller adapter.

It sounds like they are both the same besides maybe the graphics being better on the PS3 version, so it probably doesn't matter which one to get. Just wait for more info before deciding.

When I saw it was coming to Wii Ware also, I didn't even consider getting it for my PS3.

I don't know. I just like my Wii more.

Doesn't really matter. I might get the Wii because I like motion controls.
