Mario & Luigi RPG 4, Super Mario RPG (I know it won't happen, but one can always wish) a pokemon game with all regions and creatures included in one big game.
2. Realistic styled bank robbing sim (like ARMA 2 meets Payday: The Heist) with mix of strategy and skill needed
3. RTS where you also have to manage morale, PR, deal with bad information (that terrorist compound might just be an oprhanage), etc. Kind of like a real war.
But any one of these coming to life would be sweet.
A game that actually was based on the dead island trailer. I mean Dead Island was an okay game, but it was completely different from the trailer and that lost it a lot of respect.
Timesplitters 4. Gimme a witty, well written campaign with quality characters, give me a featured and fleshed out multiplayer, give me high quality bots, splitscreen, give me a sh*t-ton of unlockables and things to do, give me a map maker, give me customizable game types.
Hell to the yes I want this game to actually exist.

Hate to be the one to break this to you... but Cavia, those responsible for Nier (and Drakengard) went out of business shortly after Nier came out. I don't even think Nier's reception had anything to do with it.Dang. Mayb somebody worthy could pick up the franchise and make some changes for the better.
Not sure if you're asking if we'd want to see a sequel to an already established franchise, or a game we'd create?
Personally, I'd love to see an Aliens game that would follow the old X-Com formula. Turn-based strategy. Sending Ripley and the marines down to LV-426 to investigate, basically following the plot from the second movie. The game would operate in real-time until contact was made, then it would turn into turned based action with action points as X-com did. Destructible environments. Isometric perspective but fully 3D modelled characters and environments with a rotatable and zoom-able camera using the Havok physics engine.
