On-live vs consoles and pc

If you didn't have to buy a console or high end pc would you do it if all you needed was fast internet connection. Check out this article about this new concept that threatens to make consoles a thing of the past. I'm curious what you guys think of the article and when they create this new gaming service would you consider giving it a try?

No thanks, I'll rage too much due to my internet not only being slightly on the slow side (4mbit) and it dropping frequently. Probably won't be avaliable for a country as small as mine anyway.

Well it looks promising but i don't like downloading instead of buying a game with a case and disc. It just feels more safe and you feel it's your game not just a download. What will thay do in the future? food download??????????????LOL. If we continue like this we're gonna sleep in digital beds.
