Less than 10% of 360 owners bought Gears of War 2. Since the 360 is at 29.5 million units sold and Gears is a 4 million seller!

Instead of using a percentage that will be a small number to make things look really bad they should use the actual number in which KZ 2 is well over a million sold and on its way to 2 mil.

This is nothing more than a way to attract hits to his website. It never ceases to amaze me how low his site will go for hits. Granted, this news isnt really "low"... just more less not newsworthy. Imagine, can you imagine Gamespot reporting something like this? How about IGN? How about reporting ridiculous rumors over and over again that prove to be wrong? This game isn't even out everywhere in the world. I also have a feeling it'll be the best selling FPS game ever in Japan(not that that's a hard feat to accomplish when you look at FPS's abysmal sales over there...) The point is.. the game's barely been out over a month and they've already sold at least 1.2 million copies at $60 a piece which equals out to what... around $70,000,000? I remember hearing that the game's budget was around $50-60 million so they've already made a profit, not to mention the fact that it's still selling and will continue to sell for quite a while as more people discover that it actually exists. Also the fact that it's not out everywhere in the world yet further proves that it's going to continue to sell for quite some time.Messiahbolical-

thats not how business works. the devs dont get to keep all of that $60... which by the way isnt $60 since they sell it at wholesale to the store in the first place

Doesn't matter. KZ2 was hyped to be better then Halo 3 and Gears 2, so that's what it was competing against. Took 4 weeks to to sell over a million worldwide. It could even sell 1 million in U.K. where the PS3 is bowed to like a God. lol!! Even LPB and Resistance 2 took over 4 weeks to sell over a million copies. Exlcusives that are that hyped should sell over a million it's first week.

Why do I need to damage control when i'm not a cow? Just because it's in maagazines does not mean it's hype, they promote all types of games. Obiovusly Killzone 2 would have been around because it was a big title for one of Sony's first party games.
