@quadknight: the one thing we will never truly know is how many 360s were actually sold. I can guarantee you that MS counted rrod replacements as sold units.

Given that I'm a gamer that wants to actually play games where the focus is on the gameplay instead of having my games constantly being interrupted for cutscenes... yes, Sony obsession with focusing on cutscenes these last two generations is a bad thing and is the reason that I will soon be selling my PS4.
Cutscenses in games have been there since the dawn of PlayStation, I just adapt to it. I still have control of the game. Depending on the game, how is Sony no different from MS when we also see some of there games in cutscense? All Game Developers do it, not just Sony.
But hey, if you want to sell your PS4 and miss out upcoming good exclusive games, then that's all on you. I ain't stopping ya.
The problem with most Sony games is they are barely 10 hours long. When half the game is cut scenes, it leaves very little gameplay. And what gameplay there is, is usually very shallow. Just follow a linear path (while usually talking to some NPC along the way) and interact with some object at the end of the path by pushing a button. These aren't games. They're interactive movies.
@pdogg93: True, I believe they did count RRODs as consoles sold. There will never be another gen like the 360 gen for them. They really had all their star align and they still lost at the end. Chances of Sony screwing up again like they did with PS3 are slim to none and chances of another RROD scenario boosting their “sales” numbers is almost zero.

Not as crazy as you spending $500 on the FlopBoneX.

If I were crazy like you I would have bought the PRO (lol) & PSVR (lol) talking about being bent over lol...
@i_p_daily: At least I'm getting some quality exclusive games on my PSVR and PS4 Pro.
??? Being bent over is spending $500 twice in a gen to play mediocre shit like Sea of Tears and Crackhead 3. With all the money you spent on the FlopBoneX and the OG FlopBone (over $1000) you could have bought yourself a good PC and at least had some games.

Guess I got used to cutscense over the past decades of gaming. All I really wanna do is just play a game rather it be cinematic in it or not, I play everything that catches my fancy. And speaking of, I'm all ready to play Far Cry 5 :)
I don't mind interactive games as well. Like I said, I just adapt to cinematic/interactive games all my life, a game is a game, not like you gotta agree with me.
@Pedro: if multiplats were “where it’s at” then the Xbox would be dominating. Unfortunately we’re seeing the opposite and in fact I’m reading about more and more lems jump ship due to the dismal game offerings on the bone. It’s ok to accept that you’ve backed a losing horse pedro. I think it’s clear to see that MS just doesn’t have what it takes to compete with true AAA blockbusters (forza aside)
:| Why would the Xbox be dominating? That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. The Xbox One cost more at launch ($100) and ran the worse version of multi-platform games for 4 years. Multi-platform games is where it and that is why Sony spends millions securing multi-platform deals for advertising. I am not surprised that you are fluent at speaking out of your ass.

Quality games on the PSVR, now I've heard it all, and movie games are never of quality LOL.

Yup Moss, RE7, SkyrimVR. All scored higher than the mediocre shit games you've been playing for the last year on your Xbone. Skyrim VR also has waaaaay more content and gameplay than your Sea of Flops lol.

Man the salt from SoT is real, so desperate that you needed to go to a game from 2011 to try and get an upper hand and failed miserably LOL.
PS...The more you use that gif the more saltier you get, so keep using it.

Your guarantee is a joke, They sure didn't, MS refurbished RROD and sent them back to people that sent there RROD 360s in. It's called warranty!
