So does this confirm that Uncharted 2 will look much better then Uncharted in terms of graphics ? I assume ND do know what they are talking about since hey made one f the best looking if not the best looking console game this gen. I have high expectations for Uncharted 2

i know this has been said before along time ago when uncharted came out BUT in this recent interview he has said it again-between this time many have said that ps3 is done and is equal to the 360 meaning they are both near their limit..but again naughty dog says there is nearly 70% untapped power left :o

Do they seriously consider this hype? We are two years into this console gen; no one wants to hear they have to wait longer to get their investment back.

By the time they fully utilize this thing common hardware will be making fun of it.

console just can't compete might as well both sony and 360 give all their games tittles to pc sooner than later because in the end all their tittles will be in the pc (borg) libarairy

While I would agree that it is common every single gen for developers to claim they only touch "30%" of a consoles power...it isn't "BS" as you claim. Naughty Dog is considered the top developer on the PS3 right now. It is the company Sony is sending out to teach other devs how to use the PS3 hardware properly and how to make their games run properly across the cell.

1st party or not, Naughty Dog is the current cell experts for developers and they are the go-to guys for anyone with PS3 development questions.

Sony has exclusives that have never been released on a PC or XBOX/360 from the PS2 era. So not all games end up on the PC.

obviously you should take this kind of statement with a grain of salt but looking back how the ps2 progressed it is quite possible IMO, or is anyone willing to argue that GoW and GoW2 are looking awesome with on such hardware?

It's ironic that there is this whole crazy misconception that graphics somehow are tied more to the CPU than the GPU. The RSX is maxed out already. Anything done beyond this point is dev tricks and good artistry. The Cell can be used for some cool looking physics or particle effects, but that's about it.

probably used 100% of the rsx and 150% of the ram (streaming) but only 40% of the cell that doesn't mean 60% of the ps3 is leftimprezawrx500

But a lot of PS3 devs are proefssionals in spinning things their way. AND many of them are aggressive trolls. Just look at nAo/Nostrodamo/Marko, previous HS dev (how he trolled other games that are non PS3).
