OPM reveals Dead Space 2

In the latest issue of Official Playstation Magazine, a new, unannounced horror sequel is teased in the 'Next Month' section. What could it be? Are those tentacles coming out of a gas mask? What are those letters on the top of the creature's head? Why the odd, view obstructing grill? After sending the picture to forensics, we've discovered that the game is Dead Space 2. How? Well, after a quick search for Dead Space Concept Art, here's what came up: Recognize The Mask? That means you can expect the first info and screenshots next month, in Issue 40. thats just one game, u know i own almost 40 ps3 games on clean blu-ray discs and not a single one has a scratch thank God.

this, the PS3 has some killer apps coming out next year and im still trying to catch up on their 2008 and 2009 lineups.

you do know this will also be on 360?

Not to mention PC.

get the PS3 version it has less loading times, looks better overall with more colors and depth, also of course you get it on a Blu-Ray Disc.

I don't know if you know....but if i install the game on the 360 HDD the load times are the same.And the PS3 version have problematic framerate and the game look more sharp on the 360.All the multiplatfor games look and play better on the 360.

i dont remember any framerate problems when i beat it on the ps3. are you sure about this? and installing the game only helps load times a LITTLE.

If you know how to care the 360 games you will never get a scratch.I have 65 games on the 360 and i never have a scratch.

Just gonna put This out there. I know lemmings accept this site as being 100% correct when it agrees with them and Cows the same but how about when its a tie?

Nobody can accept it. I agree that multiplats are a smidge better on 360, but there sure are a hell of a lot of games that are quite close.

I could have sworn EA was going to drop this when they announced they were dropping all those unannounced games. I am sure glad they didn't :D

By the time this comes out in the EU, or the UK to be more specific, the PEGI should finally be the standard and the BBFC will have completely ceased to rate games. Good stuff.
