i find a major problem with the orginal xbox 360, it has video problem, if you change the setting to 1080p you'll fry your video card. as seen on my youtube site belowF1sTDaCuffS
One thing is a fact and even MS has admitted it, is they rushed the xbox 360, and this is why even to this day, u still have ppl complaining about it.

Oh well I guess I better sell my 360 tommorrow cause the TC had a problem with it.
Of course I'll never buy a PS3 cause of the HDMI plug problem it has or the Bluetooth problem it has.
I guess I'll never buy a Wii since the Wiimote flys across the room when you fling it.
I guess I never should have bought those three PS2s cause two of them had Disc Read Errors.

i wish i would have trade it in when i had a chance to get a xboxelite. but, now i have to come out of pocket for an extra 140.00. even though i won my 360 for free in the dodge challenger tournament for battlefield 2. Â
So because your 360 can't run 1080p automatically every other 360 can't? Couldn't just be that yours is defective eh? Maybe we should start thinking before we speak.pundog
Â
i dont think that it cant because it did. its just it could do it for a period of time. i think ive switched between a number of games before i got the green melt down. its a matter of time before yours goes bunk. i did'nt think it could happen to me but, these where the first batch and time just caught up to this one.Â

360's red ring because they overheat, maybe running them in 1080p contributes to that but thats has yet to be substanciated and I am sorry but I just don't find you a reliable source... they can red ring w/o being in 1080p

Seeing how I own all 3 consoles, psp and a major pc player, I guess it makes me a lemming. So therefore with your logic you are a cow :)

You say that and there are how many 1080p PS3 games? 5? 6? That whole 1080p thing really has not amounted to much has it?Riverwolf007

i deduced this. buy.
lettering still appeared, i.e. so and so was killed bye smg. i seen those titles clearly, after the crash. and i could hear. but, there was a very dark lime green melting over the screen, no, imagining. so, the game was still running but no graphics. thats after i changed the setting form 1080i to 1080p on the settings for the the xbox. i also went thru 4 different games before i crashed on the last one.Â

So why would you make a stupid title like "original 360 can't handle 1080p and will fry your video card"? Because last time I checked my original 360 can run 1080p and doesn't fry my video card. You're creating a blanket statement simply because your 360 broke, which is just stupid. Rather than post in the 360 forums (where someone would give a rats ass about your problems) you decide to post in SW, meaning you're just trying to stir s*** up. So again, either think before you speak, or stop with this trolling BS.[QUOTE="F1sTDaCuffS"][QUOTE="pundog"][QUOTE="F1sTDaCuffS"][QUOTE="pundog"]So because your 360 can't run 1080p automatically every other 360 can't? BAD GPU. the facts are it could'nt handle multiple games that are not suppose to be ran in 1080p, ie. ported or backwards captiable games. or classic arcade games.Â
Oh well I guess I better sell my 360 tommorrow cause the TC had a problem with it.
Of course I'll never buy a PS3 cause of the HDMI plug problem it has or the Bluetooth problem it has.

you like to get spanked and getting back for more, don't you. If I had 2 PS2 break on me I would never buy a 3rd. With 360 you'll probably have to go for 4 or 5 of them.

Really now? I know about 15 people personally with launch 360's who never had a single problem. Fanboys make it seem bigger than it is. The only place there seems to be a problem with them is on SW's and newly created accounts on xbox.com

thats 16 now. and the fact that someone thinks a display setting will fry a card is about as intelligent as the deer looking into the head lights. and last the fact that this guy came up with so many " logical " reasons for it only proves me even more right.i find a major problem with the orginal xbox 360, it has video problem, if you change the setting to 1080p you'll fry your video card. as seen on my youtube site belowF1sTDaCuffS

In your video you said that you were playing games that didnt support 1080p. Well, thats not the problem becasue the 360 wont upscale 360 games. Even if yo have 1080p set as the default, thats just for movies, menus, and games that support 1080p. if a game only goes to 720p or 1080im the 360 will automatically change its resolution output to match the lower resolution of the game.

Um, no. Xbox 360 scales everything to the resolution you select. The only exceptions are that DVDs will be limited to 480p and HD DVDs will be limited to 1080i over Component connections. Those limitations are due to movie industry regulations, and are removed with VGA or HDMI connections.[QUOTE="jigglebilly1983"][QUOTE="F1sTDaCuffS"]WWW.YOUTUBE.COM/WATCH?v=zIYUZBU2eqMUnnDunn
