I admit the price tag is right up my alley.

[QUOTE="GamerwillzPS"]they didnt. the stick placements are about all they got right on that awful design. I do like the rubix cube console box.Why did they put the left analog stick in the wrong place?

I predict this gets pulled from market. Once sega/Nintendo/etc emulators start appearing there will be lawsuits left and right. I know this is capable on any pc, but ouya is a competing product. Heirren
Nintendo have admitted that smartphones compete with their handhelds yet there are dozens of emulators running amok on Google Play and iOS.

The difference is this is a product that directly competes with, and resembles, a game console.Google Play isn't supported.[QUOTE="MonsieurX"][QUOTE="balfe1990"]
Also, anyone know if you can re-DL games you've already bought on Google Play onto the OUYA?
#sworcery and Osmos HD would look smashing on the big screen.
balfe1990
gah
There are currently 24 confirmed Ouya games to come with the Ouya, along with approximately 300 OnLive games and 80 games confirmed by Ouya, or the developerI'm pretty sure you can. Ouya uses a custom UI on top of Android. You would just have to remove that custom UI.Also, anyone know if you can re-DL games you've already bought on Google Play onto the OUYA?

Doesn't seem like it would be too difficult a feat. Thanks.
People got all riled up in some "stick it to the man" kind of euphoria and actually donated money to this piece of junk .
Not really sure why I would buy this. I guess I'll have to wait and see what games are actually available for it after it launches.

How is it a piece of junk? It is a niche platform, that is for sure, but I think it will be great for small or beginner developers to develop and publish games without as much hassle as getting onto Steam.
100$ for a system that is not even as strong as the 160$ 3DS ?
And that has zero exclusives when 3DS gets the world ?
And is not even portable or has a screen ?
Why on earth not just buy a 3DS ?
[QUOTE="balfe1990"]Google Play isn't supported. That right there killed any and all chances of me buying one. Also, anyone know if you can re-DL games you've already bought on Google Play onto the OUYA?

[QUOTE="dramaybaz"][QUOTE="Desmonic"]The controller is bigger than the console? Oh my :P Hope it's just a perspective photo, nothing else XD CONSOLE OF THE FOREVER AM CONFIRMED!DesmonicWell the console is small, it doesn't need to be big as it streams. Still kind lame :P Feels like I'm paying for a controller with a streaming box, not a console hehe :P It's like paying just to access PSN or XBOX Live. Not too bad really.
