@edytarutkowska: Very offensive. I'll be making a trip to Ask The Mods.
to ask them if you can call ROTR an X1 game?
Good due diligence, freedom

It's not available on those systems, they reviewed it for the PC release. PC has plenty of good games, it also has plenty of shitty games and this is one of them.
PC gamers made a thread for Darkest Dungeon being a PC hit, so this makes about as much sense
Seriously why waste resources on reviewing a unknown game that is incredibly mediocre? Why could they have reviewed the numerous other QUALITY games out there like Rebel Galaxy?.. Which comes to another point.. Drop the damned 10 or 20 point system.. How they are used basically means anything scoring under a 7 will largely be considered unbuyable by the majority of customers, so why the hell is so much of the scale designated for poorly made games? Do we really need to know just how bad a game is?
Thats the thing with PC, for every 9/10 game it gets hundreds of 2/10 or lower games but nope it only matters when PC gets another 9/10 game and maximum life like graphics lol
Have no idea what this game's about, just wanted to say your new ROTTR sig is epicsauce, freakie m'boy :) ^_^
@R4gn4r0k:
The money they spend says differently.
Would like to see some sale numbers for The Order and previous RAD games.
And even then: I wouldn't even be suprised if the The Order sold more. The PS4 barely has any exclusives, it's quite easy to sell a lot when there is barely any competition. Just hype people up with a 100 million dollar marketing budget. None of their PSP games had a big marketing budget like The Order had.
No, I still think your statement makes no sense. It's quite clear when you look into it.
The order sold well > people wanted this. Sorry, but that is a wrong kind of logic. There is way more behind it than that.
@R4gn4r0k:
It's as simple as a developer, being funded by a manufacturer, following current market trends.

A lot of these ahem "market trends" are just focus groups dictating what people supposedly want.
You ask people who play COD what kind of FPS they want and they'll say: "Something that plays like COD"
Yet... shooters like Wolfenstein, Shadow Warrior, Red Orchestra, Insurgency all seem to do fine.
Supposedly the market trend was that City Builders don't sell anymore.
in reality Cities: Skylines was a huge success spawning a massive fanbase and an expansion.
@R4gn4r0k:
Those are still branching paths. All these fps games mirror COD....but imo COD has been a fading trend.

Please do explain how you think Wolfenstein, Insurgency, Red Orchestra and Shadow Warrior mirror COD.
Give multiple similarities if you can, as I do not believe games like Mario Kart or Project CARS are the same or mirror eachother just because they are both about racing to the finish line.
@faizanhd: On my Ps4 browser. Can you check if it's available on Xbox One and Ps4?
Dumbass it's a multi-platform game. Can you call Rise of the Tomb Raider a X1 game ?
Edit: lol ps4 browser.
1. How is it a multi-platform game when it's only available on PC right now? What matters more here, that the devs are planning on bringing it to consoles sometime in 2016 or the fact that it's exclusively available on PC right now?
2. That's a downright inane comparison. Rise of the Tomb Raider is available on 360, X1 and PC, how is that comparable to a game that is exclusively available on PC?
@R4gn4r0k:
Not abstract. Cinematically structured and incorporates control inputs made popular by Call of Duty. Simple as that.

Scripted events were made popular by Half Life
the control scheme of COD was made popular by Halo 1
And besides: no. Shadow Warrior, Red Orchestra, nor Insurgency have any of that.
You are wrong on all accounts.
