This is not the Pc version is it because if it is then:?

I agree with Espada12. The game looks good, but somehow it's not impressive as Crysis and other upcoming games. Maybe it's the new art direction.
Now this looks impressive:
I thought it looks very impressive no matter which platform its on :PThis is not the Pc version is it because if it is then:?

Confirmed as bullshoted 360 shots people, read guys, READ! :P
@bobbleheadrogue: I believe The Witcher 2 is planned for consoles, but they said the same about the 1st one. :( Hopefully they'll release a double edition with both games included. :) It's a really awesome RPG.

Yes it does have the foliage! Either way crysis doesn't look that WOW anymore :(
TheShadowLord07
is the last one mount & blade warblade?
No, it's Gothic 4. Mount & Blade Warband looks terrible, but it's a great game. Great gameplay and mechanics.

[QUOTE="skrat_01"]Yeah hear hear. It really isn't doing much for me either. Esnedon
It's the setting; I can't get past it. I want my Crysis in a lush jungle, not a city. :x
Cities can be lush, too :P
Why do people always ignore this pic? Remember, There's going to be a variety of envoirements. Central Park, Skyscrapers, Nighttime, Flooded streets (reminiscent of rivers from Crysis). Crysis 2 on both console and PC will look great. :)

Nah, Gothic 4. :)
that looks a little too good to be true. so much foilage right there. and gothic 3 has average reviews on metacritic.

The developers of Gothic series suffer from the common disorder of not game testing their products before release.

Regardless, I hate the 'look' of the city (the jungles in Crysis, on the other hand, were perfect for what they were), and I have yet to see the scale of the first game demonstrated in any Crysis 2 footage. The gameplay too, not feelin' it in comparision to the first. I want to stealth around, grab and throw guys, then stealth some more, not engage in high octane gun battles with aliens.
I'm not saying my opinion won't change with time, but at this point, Crysis 2 is looking... meh.
All screenshots are overdone and "look" good, the only way to judge a game is watching it in actual motion.

Relax. We've only actually seen three different, small sections. There are going to be other areas, like in this concept art:

Yeah, you're probably right. I just can't shake my dislike of it though, no matter how hard I try. :P
I'm in the same boat. It actually reminds me of what we all thought Halo 2 was going to be before it released in 2004.

Apart from the blue lighting, it looks nothing like Halo 2.

"of what we all thought Halo 2 was going to be"
Speaking in terms of gameplay, of course.

Yep, but you guys can check the gameplay videos if you doubt the visuals.

Gothic 4 fireball effects. :o I love how you can use the fireball spell as a makeshift torch. :)
