PC games completely ignored in game awards.

Almost all the other categories have PC games too.

They've always been ignored unless it's Blizzard, Valve or some other thing that makes a shit ton of money.

Stuff like the VGA's, who gives a shit? Complaining about it gives it legitimacy.

Metro Exodus the true GOTY is not nominated instead some mediocre games like control and overrated games like RE2 get nomination.

Not true. I see my PC gaming is on the GOTY contender and that's Control! Control on PC was so enjoyable and my favorite Remedy game so far. Like @ezekiel43 said, you have games like Sekiro, RE2 Remake, and Outer Worlds are on PC as well and I played all the above games on PC. Another good year for the PC Master Race :)

I only care about the world premier trailers and that's what the show s good for. The awards itself is just a bonus not to be taken seriously.

The last game to push PC gaming was Crysis a dozen years ago.

That is why PC gaming will never win any awards. No one likes playing games on keyboard/mouse when you can use a consk controller.

They gave GOTY to a remake. A REMAKE! As good as it is, it's not true to the craft of game development.

Are you also upset when they give awards to pop artists instead of your favorite musicians? If anything, your preferred form of entertainment not getting an award is validation that you have chosen something legitimately good instead of something for the lowest common denominators of the world, something that appeals to the masses because it is simple, easy, lame, yet fun to look at.

You have some points that are absolutely true and some that are not. Let me just say your point about controls are wrong Mouse and Keyboard are a million times better then gamepad especially when it involves games that require aiming and also if you don't like M/KB you can use a gamepad you have options on PC. Now the part you are right about is Crysis being last AAA game pushing PC gaming is pretty much true the fact that the industry gave up on making AAA PC exclusives still boggles my mind to this day so much wasted opportunity being a PC gamer was so much better back in the day for me 98-07 was the golden age of PC gaming. But with all that said the only reason to own a console is for it's exclusives that's it the fact that they charge you to play MP gaming is a joke it reminds back in the day when you had to pay for AOL lol. Pretty much. I also feel the developers are partially to blame for not making something truly great which is exclusive to PC and grossly mismanaging their projects which actually are really ambitious like Star Citizen. They should release it now and fix it with patches a la Anthem & No Man's Sky lol

With the exception of Smash, as far as I'm concerned all the GOTY nominees are PC games. The console versions are so inferior that it's not worth mentioning.
