I stopped reading after the bold red...Look, I have both and ultimately I overall prefer my PS3 to my PC. But I have to say half the crap you spewed is wrong.
First, A PC with a 7850 is not going to run you 2k, that is a 200 card that right now on newegg comes with bioshock infinate and tomb raider for free, couple that with a nice i5 and a 120gb SSD with a 1tb 7200 rpm drive and you might break 1k (including ram and OS).Â
I will give you PC can have stupid problems that sometimes make no sense and your spending time trying to fix it, expecially when people shove stuff like Games for Windows live down our throats.Â
Cloud gaming is not the greatest future, I think it's a good idea if ALL past games were availiable on it so I could legitly get Tales of Destiny 1 and 2 along with Persona 2. But at the same time, my copies of FF4,5,6,7,8,9,10,10-2,12 and so forth are no good on it, gotta keep my old systems around for those, which I have no problem with, but if I sold those consoles or had them break, I would have to rebuy those games on the cloud service. I keep the classics and like to go back to them. So as for cloud gaming im so so, prefereably I would rather own a digital download copy like what we have on PSN now, or even more preferably the actual disc. But I know older titles like that are very expensive to get the disc, those titles usually go for 70-100 bucks on ebay for the actual PS1 versions.
Also, 4k screens aren't even viable options yet and won't be for many years. Let alone the next gen consoles are not going to puch 4k at all, we will be lucky if everyone always hits 1080p. Let alone for the price of 4k TV i could buy 3 65" Panasonic ST-50 plasma's and link them up for a triple monitor display and still make it out cheaper.Â
You are also assuming the price of consoles. The PS4 WILL NOT BE 250 bucks. It's going to be at the minimum 400 bucks. If the wii u is 300 for the base console and 350 for premium, theres no way the PS4 is going to be under that.Â
I will agree with you on stability on frame rate a bit too. That has always been one thing that annoyed me, your getting a solid 60 fps then it just suddenly dips down to 40 or even mid 30's and then back up. These sudden drops in frame are very noticible.
Overall you are spewing incorrect info. I agree with the small bit on stability on the PC platform but overall you need to up your research buddy.
