That post hurt my eyes. No one really cares if PC Gaming is cheaper or more expensive. The majority of PC games play FREE Flash/Shockwave games and lots of card games online like poker. There is so much FREE software on the PC that you don't even need to buy most of your games anyways. I have more fun playing FREEWARE titles and it's not too often that I do that.

Than why would I need another PC? If you are building a gaming PC (The one you listed sucks BTW), than you will need a M/KB, monitor and speakers.

You are talking about building a PC from scratch, all this stuff is included, not to mention, if you use your PC w/out a case, you're not very smart.

EDIT: DL'n OS's is illegal, so unless you're telling people to break the law, an OS should also be included.

A blu-ray drive is like $400 bucks. So if you replace that with the DVD-RW drive, it wouldmore closely reflect the value.

Radeon HD2600...? The ram sucks..and so does the processor. Ramadear

it's a budget gaming pc noob, the processor is actually good, mines only a single core athlon 64 3800+ 2.4 ghz, that's a dualcore 2.2 ghz plus you can overclock it even with cheap ram.

the hd 2600 xt is good

http://anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=3128&p=3

hd 2600 xt outpeforms a 7950 GT 512 mb in ut3 demo that's damn good outperforms my 7800 GTX. plus dx10 support.

This pc can run crysis on decent settings.

PC gaming is actually more expensive no matter what because every year, at the least, computers become obsolete, while a console lasts the whole life time it is out, which is 4-5 years, which in that same time frame you hqave needed to upgrade at least once or twice..

Is the average person a benchmarking site? No, most people have no clue how to take care of a PC, so running one w/out a case is completly retarded, the case is meant to not only protect the PC, but also prevent hazards from happening.

just keep the crap out of the way of stuff that simple man, most motherboards nowdays have buttons on the mb itself to just turn them on without hook it up to case switch through the front panel header.

You can use your TV. TVs are basically monitors with tuners, anyway. And HDTVs have the same hookups as a computer monitor.

Most households have moniters too. Everyone reading this does.

And you can put the pc on the tv too, simple.

Gez..the more I see things like this, the more tears come to my eyes. Yes any card can PUMP up the settings to max in any pc game. But that doesn't mean it runs good. With your crappy single core processor and decent card my guess is that you are running UT3 at 15fps and below at 1280x102 without AA and AF. I can't even imagine if you enabled them in UT3. The point is, the make posts telling people you can run at max settings with that rig. Because most people are confused enough as it is about PC gaming. Posts like this don't make it any better.

M/KB? Monitor? Speakers?

Nagidar

if you are here you have mouse and keyboard and moniter already, plus you can use your TV.

Than why would I need another PC? If you are building a gaming PC (The one you listed sucks BTW), than you will need a M/KB, monitor and speakers.

You are talking about building a PC from scratch, all this stuff is included, not to mention, if you use your PC w/out a case, you're not very smart.

Wow I just caught that line of not needing a case, LOL. The TC has lost his mind.

you dont need a case, half the benchmarking sites run pc's without cases .

Thats not the point, do you run your PS3 w/out its case?

Bah. PC games are $10 cheaper. Buy ten PC games instead of ten PS3/360 games, and that's the cost of your case.

Oh i didnt know a tv is included with a ps3 now. LOL

Every household should have a TV. (Multiple more than likely)If you are building a PC, chances are, you likely do not have a monitor, or need a new one.

you can use the pc on the tv dun dun dun!!!!!!!!

lol everyone's in damage control, NOO PC GAMING CANT BE CHEAP NOO , because the price isnt that high i gotta bash and say it's a bad pc which actually it's a very good pc.

You still missed my comment about OS's, are you telling people to illegally DL an OS?

Yea, F ms people shouldnt have to pay for a operating system, plus it's like microsoft purposly puts out universal keys or allows key gens to work.

if you have windows xp here's one universal code

XMDCV-2TJMR-7JD66-YTVMK-V7PBD

download windows xp^ and input that code free :) lol.
