PC gaming is far superior to console gaming.

Console gaming is really nothing compared to PC gaming. All the best RPG titles come out for PC and only some are ported to consoles. A keyboard and mouse are much better for controlling games, especially RPGs and Shooters. PCs annihilate consoles when it comes to graphics. I have a PS3 and I honestly don't even care about gaming on it and use it as a movie and music player instead (it's great for those purposes). I play all my games on PC.

Really? Games and controls are subjective, though graphics aren't. I play all my systems pretty equally, though it has been split 33/33/33 between PC/360/PS3 recently!

this thread alone has swayed me from arrogant console ways. this new information has caused me to smash both my 360 and my ps3, and will now buy a PC for @2000 dollars. thank you TC. you are a prophet.

Superior in graphics most of the time yeah, but i need more GOOD PC games. If PC gaming is so good why do i not have any games to play????Witcher 2 was great, but after beat it 3 times i got tired of it. Dungeon Seige 3 demo was boring, i really had hope for it but nah i skip it.

It is not that GIGANTIC difference in graphic either. When you play console you sit at bigger distance from screen so most things look good at Ps3/360, you don't need counting pixels. Crysis 2, Uncharted, Gears of war etc looks amazing, i dont need better graphic than that.

If you not that much in to MMO and Strategy games Console >>>>>>>>>>>> PC

Anyways, there's really no need to have a type of gaming be superior than others, especially between PC and console gaming. They are two different beasts with advantages and disadvantages.

I like gaming on my PC better also, but that doesn't blind me from playing plenty of console and handheld games as well. I just go where the games are without worrying about the competition or my ego.

for the most part you are right, but the consoles have the best games. by far.

there are tons of great pc games, but they fact you can't play:

resistance
halo
gears
alan wake
demons souls
dark souls
mario
zelda
metriod

....kinda nullifies any "superiority". plus, I use my XIM3 to use m/kb on console...so no big deal.

Don't care for the low res pc gaming scene myself. Much prefer the superior resolution and shaders of board games. 96x aliased graphics with perfect shadows and in 3d with no eye strain pc gaming suck i can't stand it.
