A Nintendo Wii = $400

A 360 = $580

A PS3 = $1000

Sitting at home on your PC while you play the best games ever = Priceless

basically everyone has a PC already. So thats what I took into account.

PC gaming will always own consoles but it'll cost you lots (trust me, upgrading my PC is like a hobby).

I agree, but on the plus side, most of the games are loads cheaper than console games. I picked up Doom3 for $15 brand new. Doom3 for Xbox sitll sells for $25 used.

basically everyone has a PC already. So thats what I took into account.ventron

there's a difference between a pc that only runs M$ office and one that must run games like supreme commander perfectly on high settings.

Yeah, the standard issue PC that I use for work can't even run the original Half-life :(
