the 8800GTX will still play any game with higher rez, settings and fps than the console version FACT.

I have a 9600GT which is weaker than a 8800GTX and I also have a PS3 and X360, though I never use the X360 because it's crap...lol

Anyways, my PC is a custom build and I paid as much as I paid for my PS3 at launch, 600 bucks back in 2007. I play all my games in 1080p and with AA and AF and every game that I have for both PS3 and PC looks awfully better on my PC and also runs better.

Conclusion: Same priced PC as PS3 can do better graphics and run games better plus games are cheaper on PC, which means PC gaming is cheaper as a whole than console gaming.

95% of games are multiplats, those will use all the power, especially in 1440p at 60 FPS and in 3D.
