well yea... thats the point I am making, why does it matter if the PS4 has more power yet doesn't offer as much as an xbox potentially could?

No it really doesn't my 3 year old pc with its i5 and ati 6950 does crysis 3 max, and BF4 beyond the PS4's capabilities. sad little reality isn't it? granted launch games, but the point still stands.

Infamous gameplay did look "meh" im not talking about the damn hype footage that was originally released where he jumps high into the air and all that jazz, the STANDARD gameplay that was showing recently when he was on a street doing average as crap stuff. but then given i was a PC/Cow last gen and thought imfamous was just a mediocre sandbox game that you pretty much saw in its entirety (as far as variety goes) within an hour or 2. there IS hope for me. I like games with abit of substance.

@MBirdy88: That PC is weaker then a ps4, and Crysis 3 on max at what 20 fps? KZ:SF daily matches Crysis 3 and surpasses it in others. And I'm sorry if you think BF4 is maxing the ps4 capabilities lol. Its a mix of high and ultra at 60fps which is OK for a rushed MP. But if you want to talk about technical capabilities the PS4 will smoke that PC overtime.

When will it get to some of yalls thick skulls that people actually like and want the features the xbone has. Getting up in arms every time someone says good things about the system is getting old now. It's an impressive piece of tech get over it. Not every thing is measured in tflops.

@halosball: Hey Monsterpuncher aka Voiceofreason, unlike you I own both consoles now and have had time with both systems and I can pretty much tell you and anyone else that most of the things you say are more talking out of your ass and less fact. THe PS4 UI, Features, Network and overall infrastructure are a fucking joke. The only thing you have is a resolution advantage which will be gone in a year or even elss. PS4 dropped the ball, DEALWITHIT

I never said otherwise, but by the time the PS4 DOES compete with my PC I will be upgrading again, do you see the irrelevance of console graphics to PC Gamers? Killzone SF doesn't beat Crysis 1 even especially with mods. you can say otherwise but your just lying to yourself nobody else. "maxing the capabilities" are we really having this DULL talk considering PS4 is now off the shelf PC parts mainly?

The point was, that the difference between the PS4 and X1 will be so minor because they are both capped, that why would someone who cares so much about graphics give a crap if the PS4 is abit more powerful, and YES I do say abit. because all this polygon talk from GPUs IS just that.

The X1 truly is the best choice for next gen, imo. I'm blown away by it even when not using it to game. Kinect is fast and accurate and the voice commands are responsive once you know what to say to move about your UI, games, and apps.

Glad to see the sony fanboys still have nothing better to do than come on here and try to dog the X1.. lol. They must have beaten Resogun like 10 times by now at least!

Anyway, back to the games on X1 i go.

If XBMC ever got an app on the X1 which was fully functional with Kinect voice support... well then game over for media centers everywhere. Personally, i don't even have TV service and i'm still on the fence. Ywes the PS4 has better hardware specs, but then i only have a 720p capable tv anyways. With that in mind the graphical differences are nullified and X1 really has more features for me.
