People Buying Halo 3...Are you actually gonna "Finish the Fight"

Are you actaully buying Halo 3 to play the single player campaign?? I actually never even started this "Fight" so I have no intentions on finishing it....

I never liked Halo's story (In fact I think its so incredibly generic I cant believe some of the praise it gets)....Me and everybody else I know that are buying it are just buying it to play online....I have Halo 2 for xbox and I havnt touched campaign...havnt even started one....online is pretty much the only thing that matters...

So are you getting it to play online? Play single player?? Or both......

Im getting it for online only and once again...im not gonna touch single player...

I buy Halo soley for the Single Player experience.

The incredible multiplayer is just a great bonus for me, and being very good at it doesn't hurt :D

I took that post comment out. I agree it was unnessesary. But I just hated the Halo 2 ending.

I'll probably end up Finishing the Fight, but first I have to play Halo 1 and 2 so I can remember just what fight I'm finishing...

Of course I'm gonna play singleplayer.

I enjoyed the story to the first one, nothing too grand, and some nice action. Part 2 was just a conviluted mess of story that really got on my nerves after a while. I didn't finish Halo 2 because I just didn't care to see what happened, it seemed to drag on forever and my days of spending 30 hours on a game are over. The first thing I'll try is the campaighn, maybe even do the 4 player coop the first time through.

I played the halo1 and halo2 single player. I thought the storyline was kinds of ok but enjoy playing the game more than the story. halo1 was better than halo2, imo cause it was new. I really enjoy the halo1 ending where you have to drive the car like a roller coaster. Will I finish the fight and get halo3 for its single player?

Nope, cause I don't want a console YET with a high breakage. It is only one game and I don't mind finishing it later. I rather like the carnage, lol. It is not like the game will go out of print anytime soon. I will wait for a 360 with a 65nm GPU and CPU.

At least online is a little bit more than that and is actually challenging.....

Any story with something called THE PILLAR OF AUTUMN is awesome in my book. Sure it didn't make it past the first game but that's great storytelling right there.
