Gears/Halo. Resistance- Bad graphics Killzone 2- Bad story, bad characters and all ps3 shooters are unplayable because of the low resistance of the analog sticks.
Halo 3 is pretty good fun. Especially with 4 player co-op. Gears 2 isnt bad either, but its not great online either...
But then killzone 2 is brilliant, like COD4 (my fav online shooter) but with 2x the players. And resistance has that cool co-op thing...
I'll go with Killzone 2 and resistance. Halo 3 is much better than resistance 2 onine, by miles. But I love KZ2 online plus gears 2 wasnt great online imo.
360 is my main console but I'm going to have to go with KZ2 and Resistance. Well Resistance not so much, but I love Killzone 2. I hate all the playlists in Halo except for Squad Battle (I somehow get 40-50 kills and my team still manages to lose a slayer) MLG and Griffball. Gears? I'd rather not play. All you get is hosts who abuse it and teammates who won't play if they don't get the power weapon.
i own a 360 and i just got a ps3 slim, ive played every one of those games other then resistance but i have to say i perfer killzone2/resistance just cause killzone 2 is so freaking awesome, online is amazing along with the single player. It kept me captivated through out the whole camplaign.

i voted k2/resistance not because i like them more than halo or gears rather than i think this poll is biased for not having uncharted as a geow oponent(those are both 3rd person shooters.why compare 1 fps and one 3person shooter with 2 fps's and not with their equals?)
You should of had a KZ2/Halo 3 option. Halo 3 (anytime I'm at a friends house it's either this or Madden 10 thats on) and Killzone 2 are the Godliest games that I have played online.
Killzone - Resistance: Realistic, great gameplay, more mature titles. Both are epic in scale and storyline, the multiplayer is intense as hell in both and put action on screen like no other. Gears is lame steriod freak linebackers with speakers on their armor...lol.. with small mp size 4player ...lol and halo 3 is a cartoon style shooter with cartoon aliens and colored light guns and a main character that has no face, wearing purple, pink, green , blue and red armors...Rainbow shooter.Midnightshade29

Close one, but going KZ/Resistance. Halo's cool and all, and Gears is some great TPS offline action, but Killzone is just amazing FPS fun, especially when it comes to clans. Resistance is also really fun when it comes to online, and Resistance CO-OP>Horde any day. This thread should have been made when U2 came out, so you could do a KZ/UC2 Vs Halo/GEOW thread, which makes loads more sense. Hands down KZ/UC over Halo/Geow. I had more fun with Uncharted 1 over GEOW, single player + online wise (and Uncharted 1 doesn't even have online) but splitscreen GEOW is really really fun, though it does get old after a while.

I can tlak trash about KZ2, because its barely been on 6 months, and I've heard from numerous people that the online community is shrinking, while Halo still gets hundreds of thousands of people a day.
:? Tough one. I like Killzone 2 and Halo 3 equally, I love Gears 1 but hate Gears 2, and like both Resistance games, but not as much as Gears 1. Nope, I have no idea which I'd pick.
I dont think that Gears compares to resistance so well (assuming that you're comparing h3 to k2 of course) .. If I had to chose one of those 2 combos I would go with Halo/gears mainly because I didnt like resistance that much compared with the other 3 but I'll admit that I would miss killzone very much If I couldnt get it..
