People that have both 360/PS3 do you prefer Halo/Gears or KZ/Resistance?

I perfer KZ2/Gears

I can't vote because I like Gears and Resistance more than Halo or KZ2. So one of each?

Did no one enjoy Resistance 2? :(

it was the first game i played after i got ps3 i was real hyped about the 60 peson online but in the end ithought it sucked

Gears > Resistance

Killzone 2 > Halo 3

IMO

but im much more suitable for small games even in kz2 which i play alot i look for small 20/20 or under

i chose halo gear since my favourite games from that list are

1. halo (halo is my second favourite fps next to counter strike source)

2. resistence (my third fav fps i love that game)

3. gears (may fav third person shooter)

4. killzone (amazing game with amazing graphics but i like counter strike halo and resistence much more than this tho killzone is much more tech superior to them but i dont enjoy it much)

KZ2>Gears>Halo 3>Resistance 1>>>>>>>>>>>> Resistance 2

There's more variety between the Halo / Gears combination than KillZone / Resistance.

i only have a ps3 but ive played all 4, i didnt like halo 3 all that much, i love gears of war, resistance is okay, i love killzone, so i would pick kz and gears of war, but since thats not a choice i would pick resistance and kz since i like resistance more than halo

I prefer Gears over Halo, Killzone, and Resistance.

Ive played all of them and IMO its a tie. Im not too fond of Resistance and Halo but Im really likeing Killzone and I love Gears.

Halo 3 is an awesome package, its got everything youd want in a console shooter and more. Gears is tons of fun if you can deal with the occasional laggy match.

While Both resistance games were rushed, Im no graphics whore or anything, but those games are distractingly ugly. Killzone 2 is pretty but imo its just not a very appealing package. Its alright,its just not as good as i hoped it would be, it can get reaaalllly boring, It just doesnt have enough personality

Id say it goes something Like Halo 3 > Gears 2 > Resistance 1 > Killzone 2 >>>>>>>>>>>>> Resistance 2

I dont think so, the first is too dark and void of color, and the second, just, The colors look all out of place, and the lighting is not good at all. There are some effects in the single player campaign that are sooooooo bad, like when your on top of that tower, in the 3rd level or something, and you look down, and theres a google maps picture down below, it was ridiculous, they just took so many short cuts and its incredibly inconsistant

Campaign wise...

1. Halo 3.

4. Cutting the webbing between my fingers and toes with a chipped blu-ray disc shard.

You shouldn't have used the poll, fanboys of both sides that don't have both consoles will just vote.

Anyways, I like R/KZ2 better. R2 had a fun single player (didn't play MP too much) and KZ2 had an awesome SP/MP.

I don't care for Halo anymore, since 2. I thought Gears 1 was cool, but gears 2 was much better.

But overall, the Ps3 tandem takes it.

I only have a PS3 but I prefer Halo over Resistance and Killzone 2 over Gears 2. I like Halo's sci-fi stuff and I grew up with it on the first xbox, I feel like Resistance is really cliche and I have both games but they're just alright. I don't really like Gears, I played both and I can see why people would like them but I prefer Killzone 2. I love the atmosphere, animations/physics and the game modes are more fun for me online.

Halo 3 is the best online shooter IMO. Easy choice.

I like all those games except gears, gears is garbage imo.

i agree, but Gears 2 horde is good. ill choose Resistance and Killzone. I do like Halo's co op though, but its not as good as Resistance 2's co op imo

KZ2/Resistance are the 2 most hyped trash for any system right now... KZ2 was just a good looking game... The inconsistency with game play was annoying. The slow moving and inaccurate aiming was terrible. Can someone please tell me why cover was removed from multiplayer? Story wasn't interesting at all.

Resistance was not a bad game but not a good one either...I rate it personally down there with Perfect Dark Zero... overrated.

Halo 3 single/co-op campaign was forgettable but I loved the multiplayer Completely skipped Resistances 2, Also, don't like Gears 2... After the story, I had not interest in it. So, by default Halo/Gears gets my vote.

How about Gears/Uncharted? I hate KZ2 only slightly more than Halo. At least Halo has tight controls...and yes, I have played KZ2 with its numerous control fix updates.

For me I'm actually more of a Gears/KZ fan. If I had to choose one of those two I'd probably go with KZ/Resistance but I love all four games. If I ranked 'em it'd be: 1. Killzone 2. Gears 3. Halo 4. Resistance.

I definitely enjoy Killzone and Resistance more than Gears, not that its bad, I just like those games more than Gears. As for Halo, I dunno, I like it more than Resistance 2 (thanks to the crazy awesome co-op), but Killzone 2 is also damn great, best graphics and gameplay really, but absolutely pales when compared to Halo and Gears with Co-op and splitscreen. Sooooo, tie I guess for me. I chose R2 and KZ2 though, since co-op is the only thing holding Killzone back I'd say.

Halo/Gears, of course. Much better shooters.

I also own all 4, and I think the original RES is one of the most boring, uninspired shooters I've ever played. Killzone 2 is fun, until the impressive graphics wore thin, now I have no intentive to play at all. It's a massive waste of great tech imo.

Gears of War is fun, but has serriouss problems (1 and 2) network wise.

Halo is my fave. Solid netcode, decently balanced, fun. Sure, it's not the best looking, but im still play it to this day.

Yeah I prefer Halo 3 and the first Resistance over Halo 2 but at the time of its release the online was awesome so I gave it a pass. Gears I really don't like though.

KZ/halo. KZ for my grounded shooter and halo for my arcade shooter.
