Perfect Dark XBLA playable at X10

A great addition to the Arcade. The graphics actually look pretty good for an N64 game. They have re-done a lot of textures it looks like.

Yeah, they updated the graphics on this game, and did you know this game has online multiplayer for up to 8 players(compared to 4 players in the original version) and 2 player online co-op?

Never played Perfect Dark but it seems everyone says it's a good series so I'll get it + has co-op :).

:shock: A decade old game is being resurrected, this is how you ressurect an old game and make it even better. I cannot wait for this, I will be playing online so much.

I had more fun playing Perfect Dark N64 than any FPS in the pass 10 yrs besides halo only thing it was missing online multiplayer.

Hmmm I might be wrong. I didn't realize how much work Rare put into it. It's practically a remake more akin to DS remakes of FFs.

Good addition to LIVE, but we all knew it was coming. I hope PD XBLA isn't the highlight. Don't get me wrong DL titles are cool, but they aren't the reason I buy a Wii, 360, or PS3.

yes perfect dark had the best graphics ON the N64, and this ones graphics were supposedly updated tenfold (like waay more then they even did with banjo tooie, and that one had a lot of improvements added on to it in its XBLA port)

I'm sure it will have dual analog controls dude. Remember the N64 version had a similar solution - you could use the C-buttons as your WASD (left analog) and the analog stick to look around (right analog).

This game will be grand.

perfect dark did things even shooters now don't do and haven't seen since. Counter co-op matrix agent like mode, bots that you could control spefically what they did, 4 player split screen where you could assign assign bots on your team if the odds were uneven, like 3 players ect. the list goes on. The only thing about it thats really outdated is the graphics and AI but i mean alot of games today still struggle making good AI

Yeah dude I saw it great vid! I actually closed it after I saw it, was planning on replying tomorrow after seeing it again so I could highlight the lulz at the minutes. The funniest part was where one of them was analogizing the Dreamcast to a high school girlfriend, while he's married to the 360 now, and wondering about what could have been :P. Cheers for the vid!

I think this game could very well become the biggest XBLA title. I have a feeling its multiplayer will be absolutely epic. So many great guns... I just remembered the Laptop Gun. Good times.

Probably the only game I care about this year besides Fallout: New Vegas. I'll take this over a Goldeneye remake any day. :D

One thing lol In goldeneye, I liked it how it took alot of hits to kill people, because you just walk around and shoot and it kind of locks onto guys for you, it prompts you to stop and aim for a head shot to kill them. In PD you just kind of shoot someone once and they die, so you dont really need to stop to aim. But other than yeah your right it is better in every way, but thats the one aspect of goldeneye I liked better

it looks the same , minor tweaks here and there if it were drastically different it would be on a fulll fledge disc everyt one knows this
