Perfect Dark XBLA playable at X10

how come microsoft gets to release perfect dark on the 360 but not golden eye?

so many conflicts with this.

Microsoft nor Rare had rights to 007 and Nintendo also had a part of the Golden eye game.

But I'm assuming that Nintendo had a huge part of it.

it looks the same , minor tweaks here and there if it were drastically different it would be on a fulll fledge disc everyt one knows this
