As much as I have a high opinion of Persona 4, the hype and praise the game gets is ridiculous and getting old. PS Vita has better original titles on it now.

There is no title on Vita, original or otherwise, that is better than Persona 4.

Well that's your opinion. In mine your knowledge is pretty limited, I'd suspect for JRPGs if you think that.

It is not. JRPGs were my favorite genre for the longest time, and Persona 4 Golden stands head and shoulders above all else.

Original JRPG that's better is Sen No Kiseki.

In general since people use P4G as THE reason to own a Vita: Hatsune Miku Project Diva Series, Phantasy Star Online 2, Soul Sacrifice, Stein's Gate VNs, Virtue's Last Reward, Zero No Kiseki, Y's IV are all equal reasons to own the system.

Stein's Gate is not coming over on the Vita (just like Phantasy Star Online 2) however the PC version is being localized so, you could play that version. I already have the Japanese version of Danganronpa on the Vita which comes with both games not just one like the Western versions. I haven't played them yet though.

It's only $5 more for a physical copy on Amazon, if that helps the need to upgrade to an expensive proprietary memory card. Don't have a Vita but if I did I'd certainly get this first. I have the PS2 version and still get mileage out of it.

You can have your opinion. I just think it's poor and you need to play more JRPGs but considering the lack of Vita localizations, I understand the situation. The systems you chose to single out also have a lack of said genre in the first place.

Watched about a half hour of gameplay on Youtube and was turned off by this game. I am totally amazed and what gamers like these days.

Already own the game because of some sale Amazon had on the game a while back, making it $20. Great game, still going through it.

Probably has my favorite graphic design in all of the industry if you ask me (for the menus, opening of the title screen, etc.)

Got it last time on psn sale. Besides two boring characters(rise and yukiko) the cast and story is great.

I'd love to get it, but not worth the price of a Vita just yet for that one game.

I put those other systems there to indicate that Persona 4 was my favorite game by a large amount, and that the system has no bearing on my love for the game.

Obviously, if I say that JRPGs are among my favorite genre, then I am referring to the cream to the crop of the DS, PSP, SNES, PS1, PS2, and GBA.

Also, side note, 3DS does in fact have a fair number of JRPGs.

I'm still bummed that it isn't coming to Vita.

l have it on the ps2, l know that it comes with a lot of extra stuff, but this isn't the type of game l want to play on a handheld. lts way too involved.

This is the one JRPG that everyone should experience. Definitely worth the $20. (Also Persona 3).

You don't need a 32 GB memory card to enjoy the Vita. I have a 16 GB and 4 GB card and own a bunch of digital Vita, PSP, PSN and PSone titles. You could purchase a 4 GB or 8 GB card for peanuts and buy physical copies of games.
