PES not 1080p on the xboxone

But who cares right?

Fifa is 1080p/60 fps on the xboxone and it has exclusive legend players, something that cows can only cry over

Some cows will try to minimize the problem saying it's only a stupid dlc, but that's not really true now is it, since some legends have a streetvalue of more than a 1000$ when fifa 16 releases.

here are the legends

and here are 8 new ones for fifa 16 but it could be that more still follow because easports says that fifa 16 would contain more than 60 legends, well with these 8 added we just have 60....

You have to realize that in that whole year, you could not buy pes 2015 till september. So a lot of these numbers are for pes 2014 titles as well

now fifa 15 sold 15 million copies in alone in 2014 not counting fifa 2014

It's definitely not the console, it's the engine. For the way that engine looks graphically it shouldn't be having sub 1080p resolution issues.

Hell even the PC version of Ground Zeroes performs like you're dragging around a 50 pound weight for no reason, the graphics don't justify the performance output.

1920x1080p = 2,073,600 pixels

1360x1080p = 1,468,800 pixels

It actually uses a dynamic resolution that switches from full 1920x1080 to 1360x1080 depending on how demanding a scene is, this is why it had a better framerate than the PlayStation 4 version. All games should employ this even on the PlayStation 4, it would keep the framerate stable always and you don't even notice the switch taking place, it's that negligible.

I'm aware of that i.e. I'm using worst case.

Should have used Killzone SF's method for faking 1920x1080p by using the last frame to calculate the missing odd/even pixels for the next frame.

1360x1080p would scale better than 1600x900, since you are only scaling horizontally rather than both horizontal and vertical as is the case with 900p, hence the end result would be far less blurry result.

This is their 3rd "HD" console and they still cant do full HD? Better luck next gen with 1080P I guess while Sony moves on to 4K.

Yeah, I don't plan on going back to Pro Evo for a long time no matter the platform. They have a long way to go to catch Fifa.

Well, they reached 1080pr which is short for "1080 public relations". 1360x1080p has "1080p" but it's not the normal 1920x1080p, hence it's 1080pr. LOL

Mortal Kombat X is another 1080pr for XBO.

I've got PES2015 on both PS4 and xbox360. It isn't that big of a deal. Gameplay wise PES is simply a step ahead of Fifa.

It handles the Ignite engine @ 1080p/60 just fine, and Fifa looks a hell of a lot better than PES... Fox engine is a piece of crap man.
