Bad Company 2. The lack of co-op was kind of lame, especially when Onslaught easily could have made it in the launch version in some form I think, but I can forgive it.

My biggest gripe though, its the freaking single player campaign and the cutscenes. They totally ruin the flow, you walk for 5 minutes then BOOM, another one with Preston giving another voice over. Don't get me wrong, the cutscenes were alright at progressing the story, but it would have been fine if we got one every once in a while, not every damn 5 minutes for something that could have been done in game.

I'm also at a loss as to why Preston couldn't talk outside of cutscenes since it really would have helped.

[QUOTE="vashkey"]

@ your post, david carusso's post, and like 3 others, too....

Geeze, some people on these forums are so annoying. It doesn't take much to stretch your brain a bit to understand the perspective/intention of the OP. Every. single. thread. is lambasted by pedantic anonymites who have nothing to contribute but negativity/dismissiveness. Maybe people should go on a day long strike of not posting any original threads, help the "others" realize the improtance of NEW topics to discuss. Nobody is getting paid for this.

As for you, OP, I have to say the copy/paste side missions in Mass Effect. In relation to other games, those side missions are better than 90% of what most games offer. But, going through that same isolated building so many times eventually took me out of an otherwise transcendent next-gen (at the time) rpg experience.

David Carusso is never one for good conversation unless he is ragging on console gaming.

Far Cry 2. A few flaws that literally ruin the game. Weapon damage, repetitive missions, enemy re-spawns, and malaria. It could have been a great game.

Lame dialogue! Killzone 2's biggest flaw was this IMO.

I agree! All these made me HATE the game. Easily one of my least liked games of this gen.

That is very very true, this REALLY annoyed me in bad company 2 (and the original). I also hate it when some really cool cinematic event happens in a cutscene and it just makes you think how much more awesome that would be if it was in-game.
