Even so, talking about sales, is pretty irrelevant. Unless you can influence a very large amount of people, there's absolutely no reason to talk about them. It's a shame that new IPs can be cut out of a developers plans because of poor sales, but talking about those sales on a gaming related board will do little to help the situation.

I'm not understanding what your trying to say at all, but as a gamer I don't play sales and the PS3 has more Amazing games to play IMO then the 360... When I had a 360 the only games that I played were Gears of War, Halo 3, and Call of Duty 4... On PS3 there Is Killzone 2, Resistance 2, Metal Gear Solid 4, Disgaea 3, LittleBigPlanet, Call of Duty 4, Valkyria Chronicles...
They aren't selling low, maybe it has something to do with how Sony is 7 million units behind MS and are more careful about their purchese. Most PS3 games that break 1 million deserve it, like Uncharted, MGS4, and KZ2. I bet half the 360 list is casual crap.

And Kill zone 2 (Halo Killer) sold 1 million cpoies when there Was20 million Ps3 consoles world wide

Not all PS3 owners are shooter gamers, though. There are those who prefer action/adventure games, sports games, RPGs, and then there are those who just bought a PS3 for blu-ray. Some people also fit into most or all of those categories. Besides, sales for other types of games on the 360 are pretty average, not much more than 1 or 1.5M, sometimes even less, and this is worldwide. Resistance is going to be a movie too. It was confirmed a while back, though it's going to be awhile until we get any information on that. Man, I can't wait!:D

I hardly consider that rude. I was just making a point. There is no point labeling one thing as irrelevant to be talked about when virtually everything on this forum falls under the same category. I talk about games because I like them the same way I talk about sales because I find them interesting and important to an extent. Nothing we say here will change the games or the sales so why exactly is one looked at positively and the other negatively? I think that is a fair question isn't it.
It depend on the name of the game if its well known or no Killzone 2 is a sequal of a medicore game and KZ2 sold 2 mils copies WW so expect KZ3 to sell 3+ mils and as what I said before the name of the game is important the only game on PS3 which got a well know name is MGS 4 and we are seeing MGS4 hitting 5 mils sold ciopies in less than 1 year and that goes for the 360 too Halo is its most famous game so we see Halo 3 sold 8 mils copies in 2 years.
Shouldnt it matter more that the game is good and less how much it sells? Isnt that the point of a game being hardcore, by not appealing to the mainstream casual audience?

I suppose because you get three in one, a PS3 plus a blu-ray player in one relatively small console, also some users buy it as a PC by installing YDL/Ubuntu..etc, connect kb/m and that's it. so it's a win from all side :) though I doubt that the PS3 userbase is only 5 million...

There are many Wii games that have sold more than most 360 games, but it doesn't mean that those Wii games are much more interesting than 360 games. It jus means that the Wii has a larger install base most of the time. Also, i could ask you the same question you asked me. Just because you think that because ps3 games don't sell that much, they are therefore not interesting (Do people judge games by what your opinions of game sales are?).
