Playstation 3 finally dethrones the Wii in sales.......the war is over.

The wii motion controls are a poorly implemented gimmick that in no way enchance the gameplay experience in most cases, and often in fact hinders the quality of the games themselves as they're built around the stupid motion controls. I don't care about natal, and it's not out yet. And from the tech demos, even natal looks to be superior as a form of motion control.

Yes, the wii has a horrible library. It's abysmal. I can count the number of quality games on one hand: Smash brothers. Mario galaxy. Twilight Princess (sort of). Monster hunter tri will probably be good. All the other "good" wii games are "good as far as wii games go."

The war is certainly over. The ps3 will be dominating every month from now on. Anyone who jokes about that is seriously in denial.

Oh really? According to your logic, the ps1 and ps2 are bad consoles since they were weaker. What if MS's next console turns out to be the weakest next-gen? Oh, I guess its safe to say that its inferior to ps3's and pc technology, therefore its bad.

Don't blame the controls, blame the developers because they don't know how to use it. Look at how games like Galaxy, Conduit, moh h2, madworld etc. got praised for the controls. I don't see how natal would be superior without a controller

Plus they are making an rpg call Monado along with others that haven't left Japnan. So they have made new IP's, they just haven't been released in North America yet.

Ya, but what if GR's AA game is a AAA game to me like Madworld for example, so how come the no.of AAA games doesn't increase? Nobody said that the wii is better than the ps3 but owning both is amazing. That is why I own both. They're both quality products with quality games.
