This may be a big mistake, but either way it's Ebay and you're protected, if you've got the money jump at it while you can, it may pay off.

Do not do it. There has been a problem recently of too good to be true sales popping up all over ebay from users with good feedback. These are hijacked accounts with the paypal information changed. Once you pay them through paypal, the criminals have access to your personal information.. Name, address, your paypal email.. And, if you buy in bulk to resell, they know to target you more aggressively for identity theft, and additional data/information about people is easily obtained these days...

The most they could have access to is one of your emails if that is in fact the case which grants them a total of nothing, they have an email address, either way it's worth the risk if it's a screw up and they don't catch it before delivery.
I'm sure somebody will be happy with their 30$ box
I went through the entire ad top to bottom, it's a listing for the system. There's absolutely nothing pertaining to a box, image, picture, screen shot, nothing, absolutely nothing is out of place with the exception of the price.
Also it's Ebay, buyers have 100% protection.
I remember ordering a regular PS4 for $90 from fleabay awhile back thinking it was a mistake. It was too good to be true. Luckily I was protected by PayPal but the money that was on hold until it was resolved was annoying. Make sure you don't ever use Family & Friends using PayPal you won't get your money back. Not worth the hassle by judging this seller.

Egh, for me personally I'm not too concerned with $30, it's worth the risk in my eyes.
Returns not accepted and a 0% positive feedback rating... If $30 means nothing to you, go right ahead

That doesn't negate buyer protection from Ebay.
I got screwed years back by an Ebay seller, took me weeks of waiting and hours upon hours of my time writing correspondence to get my $40 back. I think he had every intention upon honoring the sale, he just never got the supplies on his side. He was selling copies of FFVII for $40 a piece, claimed he knew where to still get them cheap, showed me the webpage and it looked like it was once legit but dated site. I think he made an order and listed the items on Ebay before acquiring them. He gave out fake tracking numbers that were obviously not real, and I don't think he intended to scam, but I think he didn't know what to do when the stuff he ordered never came and he already sold what he thought what he was going to get. Guy was a total ass and handled it bad instead of owning up to his mistake and refunding the money, Ebay made me wait weeks of trying to resolve issue with him before they stepped in and when they did they could see he wasn't a straight shooter. In the time leading up to my escalation, I talked to many of the other buyers who got swindled, they refused to make their own claims though believing that the person was going to negative rate their accounts and they were actively trying to sell launch PS3's on Ebay and didn't want to take ratings hits while they were trying to sell something else.
Overall, pain in the ass. Sure maybe Ebay will get your money back if it's a scam, but it will barely be worth the time and effort to do so.
Total scam.
Clearly. And with how desperately dynamite is trying to convince everyone it's not, I kind of wonder if he's involved.

Could be, could not be, who is to say, we'll find out soon enough. I'm not trying to convince anyone, making people aware of Ebay's policies is not an implication of involvement. It's risk free purchasing, if it's some kind of a scam then it is, the point is that in the event it is your money is protected.
Buy it, don't buy it, I couldn't give less of a shit, but if there's a slim chance of getting one for $30 or getting my money back if I don't get one, I'm going to try for it.

I'll let you know, I'm not expecting much, but you just never know!
Why are you advertising a scam?
And people are supposed to take your existing and future posts seriously if you can't even figure out that this is a scam?
Why are you speculating? Why are you insinuating the unknown? Why are you ignoring a money back guarantee in the event it is? Why are you not familiar with the way the release of funds works on Ebay?
I'd say there's a higher likelihood of it being a mistake and missing a 0 from $300, furthermore why would someone who is attempting to "scam" people (not even possible) set a price that is $370 below MSRP and not closer to the MSRP as to garner far more funds? $320 would have had not only far more sales right now but would have generated an absurdly higher figure of money.
Logic, talk about being overzealous to jump at something and ignorant to the way things work.
P.S. I'm actually disappointed in you @n64dd, you claim to be some avid and cultured video game collector and you're not even versed or knowledgeable in the policies of Ebay, and the protection measures they've implemented over the last 21 years to make scamming an impossibility...
I smell something fraudulent going on here.
The fact that TC gets so overly defensive over this, makes it only more fishy.
Explaining policies that net a purchaser literally ZERO risk does not equate to being defensive, if I'm being defensive it's because I have to constantly deal with blathering ignorant people who don't even understand that Ebay won't release funds for an item until days after it has been delivered and accepted by a purchaser... On top of this, if you don't get what you ordered or something else comes in its place you are protected and get your money back...
This website has been around for over two decades, maybe you people should try educating yourselves instead of fear mongering a bunch of shit you're clueless about.
Simply buy the item but do not pay. Wait it out a little. If the guy is a fake, his account will be banned. I have already done this with Chinese sellers. You're protected by ebay/paypal anyways.
Could be some random millionaire that decided to do some shit that others wouldn't, you never know, people get 10k+ donations on twitch lmao.

So you can buy stuff for free there, order stuff then lie and say you did not get what you ordered then get money back?:D

You sadly can especially if the tracking number wasn't offered. Ebay has a good buyer protection but sellers protection is horse shit.

It's a little more complicated than that and they do a pretty involved investigation, they check shipping weight, shipping dimensions, weigh your evidence, credibility and statements against the other concerned party and so on and so forth.
If you got ripped off you're not going to come off on the ass end of the transaction.
**** it boys i'm getting that PS4Poo. We will see what happens IF he/they ship to Canada. I may receive a pile of shit inside the box :>

Haha, well we're in this together now, I'd laugh so fucking hard if this actually pans out.

Please do, I'm currently outsider the US so I can't try it myself but I'd love to know what you'll get.
Oh well, they aren't shipping to Canada and it seems like the option to contact the seller isn't available. If this was a Chinese seller, this would've been a fake 200%. But you never know from the US.

Well I guess I'll let you know as well.
I'm expecting a whole absolutely nothing to come of this, but it's worth a shot IMO.
It's really fishy though, the seller hasn't been active since November 2015 and now all of a sudden he's selling 33 PS4 Pros for 30 bucks each.

That's the thing with Ebay, you just never know, I've gotten some crazy deals before that were comparable to this and they actually ended up being legit. With the buyer protection I don't naysay anymore, I just buy and if it backfires I go after my money.

God damn it!
I'm going to follow the seller and see if it was a misprice or what the deal was, it looks like he pulled it down.
