Well one actually exists right now while the other is marketing to make up for a 300% power gap between the PS4 Pro and XboneS that will exist for a year.
I'll take the Pro because it has exclusive where as I can spend less money and get a new video card that = to Scorpio and able to play the same games (If there are any good ones that I like.)
Benefits not only for 4K users but 1080p ones as well with better graphical fidelity and/or fps
Its a SONY product , you know youll be getting great VALUE with great exclusives every year out of PS4 / PRO

High price , way more than PS4 PRO ( At least 100$ difference if not more on its release )
Best console power wise on the market on release and the most powerful console ever made hands down
Exclusives with one way or another will end up on PC / Windows 10
4K Blu -ray only on Scorpio which makes it ideal as 4K player/console combo
Better 4K performance if publishers/developers wish to Vs PS4 PRO on 3rd parties
Now its up to you to decide , thats what we know thus far. Personally ill go with PS4 PRO because of VALUE , either talking the price of the system or talking about exclusives.
But if someone doesnt care about PS4s exclusives / $$ / exclusives in general or dont own a decent PC and all ... Scorpio will be a beast.

Ill go with PRO if i wont stick to PC gaming in the end too , because of its exclusives and its overall value.
Lol, I'd go with Scorpio because it will be the more powerful console. Also it does not have to 'share' it's games with Xbox One, thus the games can actually take advantage of the power increase. Besides, PS4 lost all it's exclusives to PS4 Pro, just as Xbox lost it's exclusives to Microsoft Windows so exclusives are a thing of the past.
