to be fair he said tested over a hundred of them,but being as it is the same architect inside the ps5 they all should run fine. I think sony ps4 warning is like the cancer warning on cig packs were it says may cause cancer. but doesn't mean you will get cancer. same with ps4 games on the ps5 may cause it to not work properly. doesn't mean it will just covering there ass just in case.
Yes he claim he tested the top 100 games and that most of them would work on launch on BOOST mode, what he was referring was boost mode not actual normal BC.
It was clear what he was talking about, when he go on to talk about the 100 games he change from BC to boost mode BC which created a problem but normal BC was in, in fact he even say so once BC is in by adding the logic it is in period.
The PS5 would run almost all PS4 games, on normal mode, PS4 Pro and boost mode which is the one where the top hundred games come into play.
In fact i even argue that against some lemmings they simple would not believe it.

Cerny did not claim that you are a lol worthy bitter lemming, it is very clear that the comment about the 100 games was for BOOST mode, and he never claimed only 100 games from all the PS4 library will work on launch, as a matter of fact a thread was done on march 18 about the road to PS5, and on that thread it was posted a clarification about it.
